Very rude service they take their time to help customers we waited in line over an hour they had 4 workers and only one at the register. We where looking for games and one worker wouldn’t even move so we could look he pretended to be stocking but was looking through the games himself like he was hiding stuff or didn’t want us to shop. It’s always bad service at this store their all bad employees

I’m still outside 40 mins later. I wouldn’t complain but I am now since gamestops are few and far between! This is inconsiderate, inconsistent and unreliable. I guess I’ll come back at two.

This store is the worst representation that GameStop has to offer. They don’t know their policies (I’ve personally seen them say the return policy for new products is 7 days when it’s 30 unopened) are dishonest, and will get unprofessional with you rather quickly. It’s not just one of them either it’s the whole store. I’ve heard them talk bad about customers, and just overall this store has the worst customer service!! Every time I go to this store to do a transaction it’s always something even if I know I’m following GameStop policies. If you wanna trade your stuff def don’t go to this store either cause they try to mark almost everything down. Find yourself a better GameStop (I literally drive 30 min to the one in Tucker rather than shop at this terrible store) and if all else fails and you have to go to this one prepare to be screwed over.

Originally came in to change out my controller. Forgot to take out the rechargeable battery and when I left the store I forgot to grab it. Called back no answer. So I called the next day and they didn’t know where the rechargeable battery was. Fast forwarding 2 days later this morning. I called in and they told me that it was there came it and grabbed what appeared to be my rechargeable battery got home and noticed that it was not the same battery however they still had the back of my controller which signifies that they are aware of which one was left. This is ridiculous!! I will be going back and getting my correct rechargeable battery. They battery is not identical to the other one.

My brother went in 1/10/23 at 8:15p to return a PS4 that he ordered online and the customer service was awful. The girl took his game, opened the box (the game was still in the unopened box it was shipped in) and didn’t give him a receipt and anything saying he was connected to the console. I went in very politely to ask the process and the shift manager with the colorful blonde, blue, green hair was rude and she couldn’t even answer my question regarding how the process works or when the manager would be in. The other girl at the counter with the short dreads and ring piercing stayed playing the game until jumping into our conversation to keep rudely repeating tomorrow, tomorrow and we open at 12. Then the shift manager said y’all can have it back and handed us the console back. I said they have rude customer service and they needed to do better and they went on saying whatever they were saying with the girl waiving her hand. I’m very disappointed and we will not be returning to this location and I will let everyone who will listen know about the incompetence of GameStop on Panola Road’s employees.
