5/18/25 around 5:15pm. I had some old books that I don’t use anymore and went to drop them off - the man came out with headphones on, didn’t speak when I spoke to him, I ask did y’all take these kinds of books he didn’t hear me because of the headphones then I said it again and with a stern and nasty tone he said “what is it” and proceeded to grab the books and toss them on the cart. His energy was all off and unprofessional - customer service was horrible this day. He need customer service training and take off the headphones when working as you are not at the airport.
Overall my experiences are good here.

Bad news for donating items here, this female worker or manager don't need to be working there,she was very rude, unpleasant and disrespectful to my daughter, this place will not be here long neither will she. Please hire respectful and helpful workers,what happen to great customer service..I hope corporate is looking at all messages in these reviews

The sign on the door says they close at 6 pm however they have their Closed sign on the door at 5:50pm. Is it 6 pm or 5:50 pm and I’m sitting here watching a person inside that refuses to acknowledge that I’m here before they close.
