Excellent customer service! Ewan Miranda provided a welcome greeting when I entered the store. He was very knowlegeable and showed me a variety of options! Ewan's friendly and professional personality helped me make an informed purchase! Ewan went over all the paperwork with me.
When making the final purchase Renisha Davis greeted me with a smile and made sure I understood everything before I signed.
Great experience! Havertys is blessed to have great employees!

We had a wonderful experience shopping at the Havertys Furniture Outlet! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of high-quality pieces at reasonable prices. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, making furniture shopping genuinely enjoyable.
Our sales rep, Keri, was amazing to work with. She was friendly, patient, and truly listened to what we were looking for. Her helpful, no-pressure approach made all the difference. Highly recommend both the outlet and working with Keri!

Sales Consultant Ewan Miranda was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has great customer service skills. He was focused on meeting our needs by asking questions that helped us understand what we wanted. He also was able to multi task by greeting customers as they arrived in the store. Ewan is a great salesman but I believe he is a better person.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very polite and friendly young man..Ewan Miranda. Ewan took the time to answer my questions and even called another store to procure another chair for me…only 5 chairs were available at Stonecrest..I needed 6. I would highly recommend this location and would definitely tell everyone to ask for Ewan.
