I love popping into this location. It’s never too busy and I can always catch a good deal on clearance items on this day. I got classy button downs on clearance for $12. They were so cute. I got three different colors. They are definitely a staple fall piece. The staff is not super friendly but if you need something or have a question, they will help.

The customer service at The Mall at Stonecrest location is HORRIBLE!!! Since no one wore a name tag to be properly addressed, I’ll just have to be descriptive…not one single person on their floor this day greeted us, let alone spoke a single word to us while we were in the business. I asked the man working in the men’s department where I could find a specific pair of pants. He walked to the section, slang a few hangers open, and pointed to the pants…not one word spoken. I thanked him…still nothing! Went to try on something in the fitting room, the lady working that section didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Stood there for a moment waiting, then helped ourselves to a room. Checked out in the lady’s section and the light skinned guy working there was the most nastiest person I’ve ever ran across in CS. Greeted him…got nothing. At this point I just had to ask, “is everyone having a bad day?”. He replied rudely, “what’s are you talking about? What is it you want us to do for you?”. Told him a greeting, a smile, or some customer service. He said, “oh, you’re looking for a performance. Well, I’m servicing you”. I drove an hour to this location because it’s the closest H&M to me and if I did not need the items I bought, I would’ve left them there on that counter! It takes absolutely no effort to be kind to people, especially when you CHOOSE to work customer service. But guess what, when he finished ringing me up and I paid for my items, I STILL THANKED HIM, effortlessly. Obviously by the comment left a few hours before this one, the guy, along with all the other associates, are well worth a review. 0 stars if it was possible!!!

What’s up with your checkout clerk? I simply wanted to know if another size of the pants was available. Instead of asking what I need he just took my items and proceeded to do an exchange. Giving attitude “well it’s on the shelf” he didn’t even attempt to ask someone to check the back. But his attitude was enough to loose my business. Bye…
