If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would. They don't even deserve a single star.
My mom and I went in yesterday for a pedicure and a full set of nails at the Hollywood Nails In Stonecrest GA. The pedicure went smoothly for us, and we had no complaints there. However, the experience with the full set was quite the opposite. The technician who was doing my full set kept them extremely short, even shorter than my natural length. When I expressed that I wanted them longer, he began speaking in another language, likely disparaging me to his coworker. Then, he attempted to add another nail on top of the already too-short nails, which I firmly rejected. The final straw was when he gripped my hand too roughly because I asked him to speak in English, all this incident was because he was on a FaceTime call therefore couldn’t do his job right.
His attitude was unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this nail salon
While my mom's nails looked good initially, one broke as soon as we got home. I couldn’t go back immediately because I needed to pick up my son from school, so I returned to the salon afterwards . Lisa, the owner who had done my mom's nails had already left the salon by the time I went back, and they told me to come tomorrow morning Minding all this happen Tuesday 09/02
On Wednesday 09/03 When I arrived at the salon , Lisa was not there, and I was informed she would return in the afternoon but didn’t get a time frame. However, we needed my mom's nail fixed before then, as we had an event to attend this afternoon , which was the reason for our visit in the first place.
No one at the salon was willing to assist my mom, their excuse was I needed to wait for Lisa since she had done my mom’s nail. I told her what time will she come they couldn’t give me a time so I requested a refund for her full set because I knew that most places would charge up to $10-15 just fix one nail. I had already paid over $50 for her set, and it felt unfair to have to spend even more money for a short French tip full set.
Please avoid this salon. If you do decide to go, be prepared for poor service!!

I had a great experience very friendly and comforting. However, the massage to my hands and feet was awesome. The nails and toes were done maculate. I will come back again this was my first time and i will patron again.

I have been coming here for years! I never feel like they are rushing to finish my pedicure. Be always does a great job with my pedicures and Lisa always has my eyebrows looking good!

Ms. Lisa did a great job on my nails and eyebrows. I did not have an appointment, I was a walking.
She did not rush on my nails, she took her time.
I explained to her that I been having bad experience with getting my eyebrows done, she understood what I wanted and did it.
Thank you Ms.Lisa for your patience and time.
I will be back!!

I was traveling through Stonecrest, Ga and needed a quick pedicure for my travel back home to Dallas, Tx… I saw this place first decided to stop and glad I did because Mr. Tuan and Ms. Lisa gave me a great experience on my pedi and manicure and I must say I have some very bad callus so it definitely was much needed! I love the multicolor cheetah prints and Lisa did great!) I absolutely love her stunning work I definitely will stop by again my next visit to Stonecrest, GA! If you in the city catch them before they retire:)
