The woman with the Jamaican accent is incompetent. The day before yesterday, I bought a perfume, Guess Bella Vita Paradiso. They have the actual boxes behind the display. When I got home, the one I purchased was not the same as the one on display. Different perfume (Guess Bella Vita Rosa), different look, different smell. I simply wanted to swop them to get the right one. She didn’t even try to help. She opened it and saw that it was different and said the tester is the tester they sent; that’s how the testers look, but the Bella vita Rosa is how the merchandise is actually supposed to look. I didn’t say anything about how she is lazy and feeding me a load of crap, I simply asked to go ahead and give me a refund because who in the world does she think is going to believe that load of mess? Then she did the return and handed me the paper, and expected me to leave. Mind you, i didn’t give this woman attitude the entire time, i was so pleased with the service of the African American woman that sold it to me a couple of days ago, regardless of the mistake, i was just not going to hold it against anyone. But to hand me the paper and not explain, “this is your return, $- -.- - will be going back on your card ending in - - - - within 3 to 4 business days”. I had to ask questions to find out what exactly it was she was handing me and how long it would take to be back in my account. No, “I hope you have a great day”… “I’m sorry this happened”, nothing. It’s so sad common sense and customer service is declining by the day. You would’ve thought it was her perfume and her store and someone was accusing her of scamming them. I’m never going to argue with a cashier, but I will post a google review.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lifesaver at the Store!**
I can’t thank Ms. Cynthia enough for her incredible help! After Delta canceled my flight due to mechanical issues and kept my luggage overnight, I was stuck without any clothes. Ms. Cynthia went above and beyond to assist me in the men’s section, finding great outfits and even scoring some amazing deals for me. Her kindness, patience, and expertise turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. If you need assistance, ask for Ms. Cynthia—she’s a true gem! Highly recommend this store because of employees like her.

I went to purchase my granddaughter some shoes. On the website there were some white high top/ Buster Brown. So I went to JC Penny at Stonecrest. The sales lady told me that they did not have any. I asked her if she could measure my granddaughter 's feet. She said she couldn't do that, they don't have anything to measure with. What!!!!! You're working in the kid shoes area. That was ridiculous.

I love going to this salon. Heather has been my hairdresser now for a few years now and I'm so glad that I've been introduced to her. She's very professional, calm, and is an expert in what she does. I wish I could give her a 10 stars

My daughter did a photo shoot at the JCP studio Saturday. Just wanted to say I was really impressed with the young people who worked there. There were all courteous and professional. I was particularly impressed with the photographer Shakeria. She was patient and kind with my daughter. I highly recommend this place for getting your photos done. Keep up the great work!!!

My sister sent a gift, which i needed to return. Was told i could not return without a receipt. I didn't feel like going back and forth with the young lady. I left extremely frustrated. I found this when i got home.
JCPenney's return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase date, with a receipt. Refunds are issued on the original form of payment or as a JCPenney gift card. Without a receipt, a JCPenney Merchandise Return Voucher at the item's lowest selling price within the last 45 days may be issued with a valid ID.
I will try again to see if customer service is better next time!

Stopped in to take my granddaughter shopping we had a great time looking and picking out clothes the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable.and help out a lot.

I hope that they don't close This JC Penney's is one of the best clean, spacious, and just a good atmosphere, quality clothing. I enjoy shopping for my clothes and even if I don't dye anything I just feel good going in there.

I’ve had my issues with Stonecrest mall but this is ridiculous. Went with my family to look at some stuff. We were ready to check out when this guy pushed us to the side to take care of another women. We assume it’s because we were white because they didn’t say anything to her. This is ridiculous. We are still paying customers and we should be treated with the same respect. DO BETTER!!!

Can ya’ll please update your online hours and your hours stated when you call the store?
Your door and employees say 7pm but everything else says 8pm
I drove half an hour, thinking I was getting there with almost an hour left to shop, only to find it closed 5 minutes before I arrived.

Curbside pickup is a joke! Waited 45 mins and still haven't received my order. No one answers the phone, regardless of the department. If you advertise a service, fulfill it! There shouldn't be an option for curbside if you can't service the need! I will never shop here again.
