He was very thorough when explaining EXACTLY what I was investing in. I did not feel rushed or like I was being up-sold to get the most out of my pockets. He brought out every sample grill and help me find exactly what I was lookn for”
“Needed a watch battery replaced for a Fossil and Seiko watch. Visited the store on a Saturday, I was quoted a reasonable price. It wasnt busy, they said I could come back in couple of hours to pick it up. I advised I would come back in a few days, they provided a ticket. I now have my watches with working batteries.”

“I always visit the Smart Glass booth at the Dogwood Festival each year for the best prices and an awesome collection! Every piece you've ever wanted to see is here in person and in several different colors and styles. I love that no two pieces are alike, and that I can mix and match however I choose. Also cool that they let you try on anything you like to make sure you love it! The owner/designer is often here and I have met her each time I've been. She is really nice and enjoys helping you find that special piece. She introduced me to some new items they were featuring-lighting. The lights were so beautiful! I own multiple pieces of Smart Glass Jewelry and have never had anything break, tarnish, or scratch. I have gotten a million compliments whenever I wear them though, and everyone wants to know where I got them! They go with everything and the prices are great!”
