My in store purchase went well. Snipes has a large selection of shoes to choose from. There was also a variety of clothes throughout the store. The associates were semi-attentive. They really didn't approach you. You had to approach them if you needed something. However, they were very helpful once contact was initiated.I'm new to Snipes so I didn't like the fact that the email and text 10% discount was only for online purchases. The manager allowed me to use it in store. I understand Snipes has sales on certain items but there should also be in store coupons/discounts on regular priced items. Clothes and shoes are expensive. A good discount could go a long way. I receive texts and emails that say online use so if I missed the in store coupons, please point me in the right direction.?

Great selection and customer service. Reviews were scary but I had to check for myself. Trinity super energy, very helpful and attentive.

It’s 7:30 the mall closes at 8 and they have the gate down. There’s a girl at the door ignoring the question of why they are closed at 7:30 with an attitude. She talked to me from her station well into the store with her back half turned.

Mall closes at 8pm, I show up to a closed gate at 7:45 & an employee says (from the register) "We're closed, you can come back tmrw at 11". Meanwhile every other store in the mall is open until 8pm sharp. This is unprofessional. If they close at 7:30-7:45, why not change it online so people don't waste time or gas? I wasn't even shopping, just making a quick return smh. Do better.

Terrible customer service. Glad Snipes has an online raffle system because you weren’t getting ANY releases out of here if it were up to the managers/employees. They buy them all for themselves!

The employees at this jimmy jazz are selling shoes behind the scenes not allowing the customers on certain releases to get the shoes they want. This must stop if a shoe is available employees should not be able to take them for themselves only for them to sell them for profit . This is very unsettling and needs to be addressed ASAP . MANAGER

I went to store yesterday and there was a book bag for 19.99 !!! I took it to buy and it rung up 24.75 i showed her tag and she said she couldn't give me price on tag!!! So please check your receipts

First time in Jimmy Jazz in Shorecrest mall. Worst service ever. I had to ask 3 people for the same shoe, until found one myself and tried it on. The sneaker was on sale but because one said a higher price, they refused to give me the shoe for sale price. I'm from NY, never had this problem in Jimmy Jazz in Queens. I will never shop here again.
