The manager Nyla Scott is the worst. She thinks she can talk to customer’s wreckless and when yoi get back with her she then she dont want to service you. Thanks to corporate they handled the situation

I want to personally thank Najla the Store Manager. A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my grandchild and daughter and Najla went above and beyond to make sure my daughter & grandchild was safe while still doing her job. She is very sweet to customers and it’s great to see a new face in this location ! She really does have a passion for her position!

I was there and there were many socks that were priced at .98 and $1.99. I intended on buying all of them. The manager (assuming that is who she was) short with locs said oh nah them $9 now . I responded but the tag reads differently and I want to buy them all which was like 15 packs of socks. Instead she wanted to keep them. In retail if the price reads one thing you honor it well at least I would have to sell the items.

Dionna was amazing. Extremely helpful & an honest worker. There aren’t many retail workers with great customer service and Dionna is it! Best manager there is.

A young lady helped over the phone Sunday , I told her I would be in later to get some Vans. She realized I was the person that called earlier!! She was so helpful just awesome sevice!! I can't remember her name but I remember it began with a D. Thank you for all your help!!! Great customer service!!!??????????

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from a manager. When I walked in, not only was I not greeted, they looked at me like I walked into the wrong place. I then, spoke and walked to the front desk where I was asked "what I needed?' I politely told the lady with the dreads what I needed and she rudely told me to sit the item on the desk and when Im ready to come back. As I inquired about my exchange, I guess the lady was annoyed that I needed help and begin scratching her nose with her middle finger (obviously trying to gesture). This dreadful experience went on until I retrieved my belongings and left. I give 0 stars...the worst experience in my life and I'm 45. Shame on Journeys for hiring such a illmannered, churlish, employee.

Necistyles here! I have a good feedback but I take it back.Don't do the survey at the end of shopping, it says you could win $100 cash or gift cards but it's a lie and they are going to offer a whole $100 worth of magazine subscriptions for you. Then still charge you for them. Smh
