The customer service was getting better however
now their lines to checkout is extremely long. There aren’t enough cashiers. The female security guard who stands at the door is rude and unprofessional. No one wants to see a person with a bad attitude as they walk into the store.

I had a great experience going into this store to get flowers for my girl. There was noon4 in the floral department but Mimi Parker and Lucy provided exceptional customer service and helped me as much as they could to get what I needed. They were great!

This store consistently opens late. If the store is open then the business area to get a money order or do a return opens late.

Going to the grocery store is a chore in itself but to have terrible customer service makes it even worse.
I checked out at 7:30 p.m. today(Saturday)and my cashier was Oriana, a young female who never acknowledged my presence.
She was on FaceTime with a young male discussing her getting off in 20 minutes and needing information from him about a pool party.
When she saw that I wasn’t bagging my groceries, she started bagging my items and throwing the bags down as if trying to bang the bags.
When she finished banging my items, she started ringing up the gentleman’s items behind me without giving me a receipt, saying “thank you “ or any kind of acknowledgement.
This is one of the reasons I go out of my way to go to Publix.
I didn’t even mention all the rotten produce I saw on the shelves, making it difficult to fulfill my grocery list.
Do better Kroger on Covington Hwy!

Always love coming to this Kroger. Very clean and efficient. Security makes everything feel so much safer and they always have everything I need. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

My grocery pickup order is always ready on time with great substitutions. I love coming in the morning when the shelves are nice and stocked. Unfortunately, the store gets a bad rep because of the guests leaving trash and being unpleasant; however, the employees that I interact with are helpful and pleasant.

This is the first time I have used this pharmacy. My brain is impaired right now and Corri King was incredibly patient with me. She got me the best price possible as I was paying cash for my RX. Not only was Corri patient she was kind and very compassionate. She totally brighten my world!

Usually a pretty cool place to shop. I love the $5 meal Solutions where they give you fish, chicken or pork for $5 or $10 per tray. A great way to save money on meal planning.
