“FIVE STAR service through and through. I went in for an urgent request for a special diner this evening. They immediately heard my plea for a dry cleaning request for a turn around time in less than three hours and they nailed it. I received a call within 2 1/2 hours that my garment was ready for pickup. This place is also so incredibly professional, customer centric and always a delight to engage with. Thank you again for always being a phenomenal dry cleaning service. You’re definitely TOP NOTCH!?????”
“I went to wash my car cover, and the Laundromat was clean, coin changer is in good working condition. There is a laundry drop off service. Unsure about the hours. Reasonable price for wash and dry, also a laundry dispenser for powder and fabric sheets.”

“Komal is very kind and helpful. She was excited that I was a new customer. I just started going to Hangers and they have a quick turn around time and they text you when your clothes are ready. Komal is a great employee and an asset, which is a blessing.”

Accepts cards to load up the laundry card.
Lots of different washer sizes.
There’s an attendant working here.
Free dryers.
Could be better:
Abandoned dryers with clothes sitting in them. A line of folks ready to dry but all dryers full and some dryers had abandoned clothes. Had to ask attendant to please remove the abandoned clothes several times before they actually bagged them and opened up the dryers.
Could use a deep cleaning, sweeping and wipe down.
Seating is limited to a broken bench that leans forward. Unsafe.
All in all I will come back if i am in need of laundromat.”
“Excellent customer service and goes above and beyond! I needed a suit for a funeral dry-cleaned same day, brought it in that morning and it was complete by the end of the day! Reasonably priced and they do an excellent job. Thank you!”

“Great service and fair pricing. They are usually pretty quick with normal dry cleaning like suits. I dropped off my wedding dress and it took about a week to clean which is impressive since there are several layers.”

I go late night for free dryers because my washer is new but something wrong with my dryer and the guy that works weekends late night is the BEST he was so nice and attentive and watched over me the entire time to make sure nobody was fussing with me since I was by myself.. I greatly appreciated that everyone of the employees I've met so far are very helpful and nice I wouldn't go anywhere else..”
“Service is excellent! I dropped off a pair of shoes for repair- I Needed these shoes to wear to a wedding and wasn’t expecting them to be ready until October 3rd, but they were ready September 27th! When I arrive to pick them up, the owners were in their car ready to go , but went back inside to give me my shoes - great customer service and I approached for doing that!”
“I came yesterday to put a button on a shirt, and she asked me if Friday was okay to pick up; I was hesitant because I was afraid I wouldn't get off in time, so they moved it to today. When I picked up the shirt, I discovered that the shirt was clean; she said they cleaned it for free! With such service, l will not hesitate to use them again; I can highly recommend them”
“I've been going to Northlake Cleaners for more than a year. I like that they do alterations too, because I need that service as well. The owner has always been nice and polite, sometimes making small talk. All my alterations were done well. I am happy with the quality of the dry cleaning as well. Never had issues with the price. I always felt it was fair for the service and similar to other places I've used.”
“This is one of my two favorite coin laundry to go to. The owners are great & they keep it clean. It's attached to a gas station and a Mexican restaurant that is also Fantastic to eat at!! Talk about convenient... Get gas, snacks, drinks or Mexican food all while washing your clothes!!”

“It's a decent place to wash your clothes.During the summer, though, it can get really hot.They two vending machines there, and an assisstant to help you with your clothes. They clean up often but the washers are sometimes dirty where you insert the bleach/detergent.”
“Machines hardly ever work and there is never any attendant there to solve any problems. Today, the change machine took my $5 bill and never gave me my change. I'm very upset with the service. And will not be backEDIT The owners were able to rectify the situation and even took the time to send me a hand written letter as an apology. Overall the laundromat is good, but I still wish there were people working there to rectify issues on site instead of going through a long process to contact someone.”
