If I could give 0 stars I would ! They are the worst ! I had to leave without service because they didn’t know how to do nails or anything about nails . The guy that was on my toes said that he couldn’t take my gel polish off because it was powder polish (which it is not ) go at your own risk !

Lack organization I made appointment twice and when I got there on time I was told 3 something for people are waiting on a specific nail tech, yet am told that I have an appointment with that nail tech for 10am both times I just walkout I would’ve preferred them to tell me it’s first come first serve and I would’ve been at the door at 8 o’clock for my 10 o’clock appointmentServices: Pedicure

When you walk into Laura someone is always willing and ready to help and on the occasions I have to wait it is always well worth it. The staff is professional and very nice. The staff is clean and the employees are friendly but they have become greedy with fees. You are charged a fee if you do not use cash. Also, I was charged an addtl fee of 10.00 with my real nails for SnS. She told me it was because they are not tips and they are long. I won't be returning. I used V.Service: Manicure

The cute nail guy did my nails...not sure what his name is...I been calling him Van smh lol he did my pedi...eyebrows...and full set! Excellent job!!! Clean salon! Good price compared to my last salon!

This is my third time there. I usually go for my nails but decided to go for pedicure lashes and eyebrows. I guess I look like the dummy they used me as because the lady did not know what she was doing and took too long.

There was no wait for me as a walk in. It was 11am. Jennie took her time and did my feet, nails and eyebrows. Excellent job. I would recommend any to Laura nails.

Not sure why but they insist on using the grater thing on your feet and not the pumice stone. The person doing my pedicure cut my foot. He was using it with such force. I go here just because of it's proximity to me but I am never going back.

This business is extremely unprofessional. I visit this entity last Thursday one week before Thanksgiving on Friday my nails were chipped 4 or more . I called Saturday and spoke to Laura ( the owner) . I arrived on Tuesday morning around 10:17am and wanted to make an appointment because I had to opened my business my at 11am and wait time exceeded 30 minutes . This lady refused to accommodate my request. Can you believe an elderly black lady intervene and making seems I was wrong for making to make an appointment to accommodate my time.As a business owner recovering my customers are my priority. So sad.

I came in on 9/11/22 for fill in with gel polish and to add tips to my right pointer and thumb. The nail tech Tom 9 didn’t measure the lengths of my pointer and thumb to match my nail length on the left hand. My left hand is my nails with an overlay of acrylic on them. I come in 9/12/22 because my left thumb polish was peeling off and I needed them to match the lengths, but instead of fixing the nail length on the right he shaves down my left hand as I’m expressing to him I don’t want my real nails shorter… long story short I will never go back. Very poor customer service and I tipped very well during my initial visit.Services: Acrylic nails

This shop has come a long way since my first visit in 2011 - clean and beautifully remodeled. However due to COVID-19 the shop has lost a lot of good/talented Techs. Not enough Techs on had to accommodate the number of people (Wednesday morning before noon) walking in and to provide the level of service expected. The Lady that rendered service to me was very nice and attentive but lacked the skills required to perform a simple mani/pedi service. My cuticles did not get the proper attention and my fingernails are cut uneven and shaped differently but she did a great job adding the color choice I picked. I also got a montly facial wax and had to come home and clean-up some areas because she did a poor job - and I have bumps (which never happens) because she was all over the place applying wax and removing the hair with different strokes. There is a science to waxing to avoid bumps. But this is what happens when the Owner(s)/Manager crash train a Tech on a service they have no business performing! I was disappointed but remained calm and encouraging - not rude and disrespectful complaing about the Tech to her co-worker while she listened on (E.G. the Chic a few chairs down from me - SMH). Beautiful nails are like fine Art - they enhance the look of hands and feet - especially when one wears a summer sandal or open toe shoe.Note to Owner/Manager: Stop crash training people and build a Team of Techs with the proper credentials to perform all services the correct way.
