I’ll start off by saying the owner at the least tries to give you a good experience!
I’ve been here 4X the only time my nails were nice, and I got what I wanted was the very first time I went and got gel polish only. Every time after that I’ve left unhappy with my service. They never do what you ask for and press to upsell you on everything and even go so far as swapping out products and telling you after, that this is what they used so you have to pay that price. I normally tip $20 every visit even if I don’t like it because I got a service done. Not this time. I am not going to continue to tip you to over charge me and not even do what I asked. I’m sad that I just found this place and have to search for another location. This place is close to home and the owner really made me feel welcomed. 😪

I normally have a decent experience here but this weekend made me want to go elsewhere from here on out. I am a nurse so I have limitations on what I can get on my nails. I asked for French tip with SNS powder. I have gotten it more than a few times at this very location but this day I was told they don’t do SNS French tip design. Okay so I accept that and get sparkling white. The pedicure was good but then the older gentleman came to do my nails. I should have run. As he was putting my tips on I noticed he wasn’t cutting them to size which the size of my nail-beds usually require. Then he was filing the sides extra at which time I told him I don’t want my nails shaped like chicklets. He then said he still had to shape them and it would be different once completed. No so! Then when he was done he put oil on two of my finger tips and brushed it past my cuticles and that was supposed to be my hand massage. I was still polite and went to pay but I explained to the young guy with glasses how I felt about my nails and even showed him. My bill was about 140.00 for a male mani 2 pedicures and my SNS manicure. He offered me 5 dollars off! 5 WHOLE dollars?! Thank for my nails that are ill fitting have a dent in one and look like white kangols or chicklets!

I'm going to miss this shop tremendously! Moved away from the area and it's no longer convenient. Thanks to "Mr. Hi❤", Ryan, Nicky, Helen & Sue! Y'all are awesome! I Highly recommend this shop. Nails were always on point and fabulous! Miss yall!!

I was bullied,harrassed and disrespected in front of other customers. The humiliation i felt was unbelievable, but where i am trying to go today i decided to manage my emotions. They only respect regular customers. Once upon a time i was a regular client of Nikki,she took an extended break to her country and i went ro another salon and basically continued with them,however i will have Nikki as a back up nail tech because she does good work. However the male greeter was rude to me,they waited until i was finished to start harassing me about only coming every 2 years other insulting remarks were thrown at me. Nikki let me know she doesn't want me to use her as a backup technician,the delivery from both of them was out of line. I understand they don't care about my business but i will not return not even on my worst day. You don't treat people like that who are patronizing your business. 100 people should ask them,do they patronize other business?

Zero stars. They did my nails… and two days later they were popping off like press ons. I went back for them to fix it, they fixed two nails and it took 2 hours. Now still less than a week after getting them done, three nails are gone and the rest are lifting from the nail bed. Terrible quality I don’t think I’ve ever had a nail service this bad. Also, the man who did my nails had extremely dirty nails, I almost asked him to wear gloves because he had long dirty nails literally black filth under his nails. ?? just all around bad experience I will never go or recommend this place to anyone.

I was coming there consistently and I tipped well every time but I started noticing a pattern. Every time I would need a nail repair within a few days of a fresh full set. So the last time I went my thumb nail (short nails) lifted the very next day. I came back to the shop and they told me I had to come back another day due to it being "no nail tech". And there were clearly techs doing nails. It was veryyyyy poor service. They would not fix my nail. People have given me poor reviews about this place before and their service but I hadn't experienced it yet until this happened. It was also my birthday and I told them all that. I will NOT be spending anymore money here. Nails are waaaaaay too overpriced just to be breaking and then yall don't want to fix your mistake. Never ever again and I do not recommend if you're someone who doesn't deal with attitudes well. The service sucks severely once it comes time for them to own up to their mistake or unless you're spending money.

I love the way they do my nails they are truly professional people and I love the way they treat people they have a generous heart and we need more people like them around! They don’t discriminate no matter what color you are they truly have a love for people, and like I said, we need more people like them in this world. God bless them with much success. I would recommend my family and friends to their business much success.

Rude staff, especially when there are concerns about the service, and they made me leave before my nails and feet were dry because they were closing, I asked before I was serviced if there was enough time for me to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing and the young guy said yes, evidently it was not.
