There was plenty of Home Improvement products there, but unfortunately the employees were busy talking to each other or looking at their phones. I felt deliberately ignored. I spoke to a manager about it.

Definitely not big on customer service. Solicited help from two associates in finding drawer guides. One told me to check on 15 or 16. After that did not pan out other one told me to look on 12. Found some but with no direction did not know what to get so I left. On my way to Home Depot. Honestly, I get better customer service there. )i(
7/5/25 came to get hose valve repair knob. Asked associate for help. He looked it up and directed me to garden center on the right. Turned out it cc was on the left. Oh cc well. Looked at their plant clearance. Price still way too high for half dead plants. Saw a mini orchid for $9.95. Figured it would be 4$ based on clearance chart. It rang up for $17.99 at self checkout. Asked the attendant to adjust the but price and she said that was the price. She then told me to go take a picture of the price point after I protested. Got the picture but was told I should of taken a picture of the clearance price point poster as well. After I protested she adjusted it to 4.49$ when it should have been just 4$. I was prepared to go checkout at the garden center when she called a supervisor to adjust the price. It just seemed like a hassle. Now I remember why I don't shop at Lowe's. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What about you? 🦋

I arrived at Lowe's this morning around 8:30, needing help in the plumbing department where I was greeted by Mr Barnett. His knowledge was very insightful and helpful, and his expressed patience and willingness to educate is the reason I continue to shop at Lowes ! Thank you, Mr Barnett, for your service!

My daughter & I was denied of a sale of a display dorm fridge on clearance at the Caroline St store. Justin,
a manager, @ Caroline St tried his best to help us to no avail & then pointed us to the Lithonia store. Markus, an associate @ the Lithonia store, Gladys assisted us with the sale & loading with the last of that particular fridge. Now my daughter is a happy college sophomore & I couldn't be more happy also.....again thanks Markus & special shout out to Justin @ Caroline St. You two are the type of people that make the world go around in a better way.

Thanks Dennis black, I told y'all David Chapman gives this store a bad name and is a liability to the store, this store doesn't hire people with morals or people who actually care about what they do for a living. He is also a blatant liar,who will twist the facts for his own convenience, can't trust a store that hires people like this.
I suggest you avoid David Chapman, dude ain't right in the head.

My shopping experience was a 100/100. Met Tracie- Manager of the Painting department and Cynara. Both were extremely helpful and provided World Class Service which is rare at your competitors. What I wanted, Cabot Gold Walnut Sunlit stain, was abundantly stocked. This is huge to consumers; thank you.
I am speech impaired and both Tracie and Cynara treated me with such respect and patience.
After my experience with the painting department, I have 100% converted to Lowe's. THANK YOU TRACIE!!!! Tyler

This is by far my favorite home improvement store in my neighborhood. From the parking lot to the garden center and checkout; my experience is always good. I love that they have designated parking spots for veterans. Their parking lot is always clean and clear. The employees here are so helpful and accommodating. Every transaction I’ve ever had here has been easy. I have never come here and not gotten what I needed. They have a vast selection of everything they carry. The prices are on target for the industry and current market. I appreciate their sales and discounts that are offered. The garden center is my favorite place. There’s so much to choose from and the prices are the best.
