Anytime I visit, I have a peaceful shopping experience. There are particular ladies in the handbag and perfume department are ALWAYS smiling, friendly and helpful and I so appreciate the samples.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I never experienced so much trouble to redeem my birthday gift cards. Had to jump hoops to prove funds are there and the Manager still wouldn't approve them even after the card customer service said the funds was there. As a customer this was a very negative experience.

There are 5 perfume stations but only one checkout stand. Assistance was horrible. Every time we asked for help, we were sent to another person as if they did not want to help. Also, it’s not crowded so it’s very hard to identify why we were being held up and where the lack of assistance came in. Terrible service today.
