I live in Gwinnett County, and this was my first time visiting this Marshalls. I must say, I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life. I walked in right as they opened, and they were having their morning huddle before starting the day. Even though I wasn’t a part of it, I could feel the energy and love radiating throughout the store. It was truly amazing and an honor to witness.
From the moment I stepped in, every associate greeted customers with a warm smile and a cheerful ‘Good morning.’ They made sure everyone could find what they needed, and their kindness was unmatched.
I just want to say, keep doing what you’re doing, Ms. Janice, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Gloria J, and the young lady in the cowboy hat today (I hate that I didn’t catch your name). You all are amazing!
And the store was so clean and neat!

This store was very nice and open. It was on the larger size compared to other locations. It was inviting, and the displays were put together well. There were a lot of great finds for low prices— House slippers, notebooks, various clearance items, and even furniture. There were a large selection of items and a variety of each. I appreciated the friendliness of the associates—especially Tracie. She went above and beyond to help me with my furniture purchase and even helped me load my car. There was also another associate who gave me an hand with my furniture when it wasn’t fitting in my car. Excellent customer service and overall nice experience.

I like Marshall's better than TJ Maxx or Burlington. They are better organized and cleaner, the prices are better, and the men's fragrances are more attractive.

I decided to go to this store for a quick run. It was bad weather, so I was bundled up with multiple layers . As, I was looking around I seen a dressing room attendant. A dark skin elderly woman . She followed me all the way to the hair section . I looked back and she pretended to look at the items . This was very offensive that I was judge because I had a hood on and a black woman . Be careful when judging others by their appearance.

If you ever decide to look at the mark down and some items don’t have prices but other do and it’s the same thing the cashier will assume your doing price changes and won’t sell you anything , so rude especially at night
