Insurance roadside assistance tow. Was told they would be present in 40 minutes. Watched it count down to driver is a minute away. Next thing driver was 30 minutes away. Counted down to 1 minute away. Went back up to 45 minutes away. Won't bore you with the details. It took 3.5 hours before finally showing up, and then showed up AFTER I told my insurance company to cancel the service and find me another tow company. My ETA time changed 6 different times!!! And when you call the number for the company, no one answers and you can't leave a message because the VM is full!!! Absolute trash!!! I won't even bring up trying to charge me $30 out of pocket because they had to put the wench on the vehicle!! What?!?! Only reason I let them do it is because I had already waited 3 or 4 hours!!! Stay far away!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would! Never showed up and voicemail box is full. Sent several SMS messages and texted, no response! This was an insurance claim requested tow. I was quoted 90 minutes, 2 1/2 hours later they still hadn’t come or returned a message. I had the insurance company cancel them. POOR SERVICE!!!

Horrible service! Nobody answers the phone number that is provided. Never showed up and this was a scheduled tow service. Don’t waste your time.

DO NOT USE THEM EVER!! They are thefts. I ordered a tow through pep boys(pep boys adds the tow bill to your repair bill) and the driver black mailed me and made me pay $30 or he wouldn't tow me off the side of the road. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

MEK is evidently a joke and a dance away from oblivion! Yall getting roasted and hammered on Facebook. There are other jobs available for people who cant read or got a "Good Enough Diploma" (GED) but customer service and working with the public ain it! ???

Horrible service!Both times smh -First time call was dispatched 6:51pmDidnt get picked or dropped off until 2am !!! All while 7months pregnant ready to pop smhhhSecond time driver dropped the vehicle in front of garage door blocking our other vehicle from being able to get out the driveway.. maybe this was they way of making more money because they wont come back to move it and on top of that We spoke with the manager supervisor who ever and they said they would call us back and never did ………So horrible i dont even feel like reliving the situation— wont waste another second of my time writing about this bad experienceDuces to this horrible customer serviceUnderstaffed my behindPardon my backUnder appreciated client

This company responded to my insurance company that they would come tow my car. My original request was 8:16pm.They accepted the tow & gave an arrival window of 10:17-10:47pm.It is 12:15amThey NEVER CAME!!! NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS OR TEXTS!!!THEY ARE TRASH!!!

I were this close ?? to calling the police about my car. After 8 and a half hours of waiting for service I finally were able to get my car brought home to me. My service were cancelled and told the insurance that no drivers were available although I’d been told my car had already been picked up so that was a major red flag for me. After enough fussing and cussing he finally showed up and explained where the miscommunication happened and I understand things do happen. Maybe they’re understaffed and need someone to work the tow trucks and someone to operate the phone and be a secretary because it seems he may be doing a lot on his own. Not sure if it’s always like that but that seemed to be the case this time. I hope the company gets the help that it needs so they’re not so backed up because 8 hours is not acceptable. I’m glad it did not end the way I thought it were going. I would have given a higher rating if it had not taken so long.Service: Car towing

This substandard company was dispatched by Chevrolet roadside to tow my vehicleAfter waiting over 2 hrs I called to get a update and was put on hold and hung up onAfter calling several times they kept sending me to vm good thing I was home and not stranded on road which I’m sure they’ve left people strandedI wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this unprofessional company

MEK came quick & they didn’t try to over charge I would highly recommend them. I called around to several towing companies because I had been waiting on a service provider since 230 am, that the insurance company contacted. They never showed. MEK answered, gave a quote and came right away. They also were more reasonable with the price. I literally had to have my car towed down the street. I was traveling through the area, when my engine light came on. I looked at Google Maps and found Mek. I called ahead, and they were able to help me right away. I could tell they were very busy. It was so kind of them to help. They were honest and courteous. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back
