The place reeks of cigarettes and smoke. I can't tolerate such a poor environment. Also, one of your reps are smoking outside the store, as well. However, David, the sales rep gave me great customer services and was willing to help me around the store. I would give him 5 stars but the store itself and the other worker do not deserve it. One star.

The energy was quite negative, employee didn't seem like he wanted to assist. Therefore I left, maybe he was having a moment but I couldn't see myself buying anything from him

By far the worse customer services I’ve ever experienced. The guy refused to let us purchase a device after we simply just wanted a break down of our charges after activation being that we purchased a free device and our total came up to be 150 . He told us if we got phone service we had to purchase a phone case no exceptions. He went to the back and left us up front didn’t come back even when other customers came . This guy called the police and set off the store alarm when no one threatened or harmed him in any way . The lady that was waiting told him she no longer wanted to be serviced because the way he treated us . She also asked for his name and his DM information he refused to give out any information . His behavior was completely immature and bias . I can’t believe metro have someone like him representing them .

Walked in just to get descriminated by a new coworker that works there. Asked to charge my phone only to get turned around saying they dont do that in this store. You are a NEW coworker ive been staying here for years and have been a METROPCS user for years ive always been able to charge my phone. I am a metropcs user if I needed my phone charged or something needed to be seen on my phone if it was dead you would have to plug it up to be charged. Terrible customer service and need to be replaced with the old associates immediately. Called HR about this situation expedited it immediately.
