Went for belt clip for my new 2025 phone that I got from Metro in Ellenwood, and still couldn't find one. Smh, how do three different stores not have belt clips for a Moto G5 2025 phone?

I want to give a special thank you to Saniah. I called customer service for a simple issue causing the representative to make my phone stop working completely. I spoke with over 9 senior line managers over the phone who just told me it’s not their fault and get a new phone. Saniah listened to our problem, was patient, was understanding, and fixed my phone after 2 days of no usage. Thank you!

Went back to get a refund as to find out employees were not skilled, not trained and possess very poor communication and customer services skills to even give a simple refund , they were very, very rude and I personally i would never recommend anyone to that store on stonecrest parkway in lithonia

She gave me excellent customer service and support she was so fast ? kind genuine and efficient WHAT A STAR ?
