Douglas is absolutely AMAZING!!! It was Christmas Eve and pretty busy. He was the only person working that day but he handled every customer with great care. His customer service is definitely top tier!!!

Extremely rude employees and they don't give refunds even though the receipt says they accept returns within 14 days. Also, I requested a phone call from upper management who did not return the call.

my grandmother went to this location today to get help switching everything over from my sister’s old phone to the new phone. the young man or as i should say little boy was very rude and mean to my grandmother because she didn’t know everything what the icloud code was. he followed her outside after she got frustrated and continued to be mean and rude to her. I no longer live in Georgia and cannot help my grandmother with things like this. He needs to fired immediately because following an elderly outside to continue to be mean is going way too far. I’ll be calling later to speak to a manager.Edit: I just spoke to my grandmother and learned that his name is Key. Turns out he was very rude from the moment my grandmother walked in the store. It makes me upset that he talked to her like she was a child.

Do not buy anything from this store!!!!! Customer service is horrible and the service representative treated me like I was bothering him the entire time. No manager on site and I was told to go to the corporate store to have my phone activated. Please save your money and your time and go somewhere else. I'm leaving Metro PCS after my horrible experience at this store

Worst Customer Service due to NO WHITE GLOVE SERVICE exists here. NOT even any glove service. No willingness , NOR INNATE ability to try. They sure ARE SKILLED AT TELLING LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS what they CANT HAVE and CANT DO!! No resolution options given. And when your employees cant resolve its sad they will go so far as to say that their bosses (owners are ARABS) and won't even respond nor resolve REAL SIMPLE customer service requests such as exchanging accessories that were defective and were purchased less than 30 days ago showing a valid receipt ??!! wow and when they FAIL TO PRODUCE that policy in writing upon customers request, then this needs to be reported to Secretary of State, The Office of the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau AND the Georgia Department of Revenue. No one should buy at this store. I've had ENOUGH horrible Customer service experience only in CERTAIN TYPE of Communities to know that this Bad Business Practice can be avoided if you SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!! and shut business like this down. We even were told on 2 other occasions our bill would be as expected and it was not. Loyal customers mean NOTHING to these owners as we have been customers of METROPCS at least 10 YEARS!!!!! But no more after this.

The staff is very polite and courteous. The knowledge that was displayed was unexpected by prepaid dealers. I will definitely continue business at this location because the Customer Experience was fantastic.
