I'd like to take the time to write a comment about a particular employee Patrice, who truly went over and beyond for me. I didn't purchase a phone, I did a phone swap when I tell you she treated as if I brought the entire store. Hands down the best customer experience I've had in a long time. Patrice made me a forever customer at this location. I vowed to now purchase phone at the store even if they are a little costly for how great her service was.

I was planning on switching over my services from metro due to me needing a new phone so I needed my account number and a transfer number, I couldn’t receive it over the phone because I couldn’t verify my identity so the operator told me to go in store. At that point I decided to choose the metro on panola rd and wasn’t greeted at my first arrival I took a look around the store before I proceeded to waiting behind the costumer that was already being helped ,the young lady behind the desk ( dark skinned, with short braids) then asked me what was I looking for today and I told her the issue I was having immediately she shook her head and put her head down and proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help with my issue because it wasn’t her job, I’m making this complaint because my experience was horrible and I had to go to a different metro

Today, I cc had the greatest shopping experience @ the Metro Mobile Store @ 2983 Panola Rd Stonecrest Georgia 30038. The service rep who helped me, Michael Kemp is the perfect combination of Professionalism, and Friendliness, and Technical Savvy. I never thought that I would have such a great experience getting a new phone service. I just wish I had came over here sooner. Michael Kemp deserve a raise and a promotion.

I was treated with 5-star service from the moment I walked into this MetroPCS location by a store employee named O'Neil. I bought a Motorola 5G phone, added a new service line, and even brought in my own SD cards to have them installed in my new phone and old one. Not every MetroPCS store provides such stellar customer service like this location. They were definitely worth the extra drive and I recommend others to go check out this MetroPCS location next time ??!

I was devastated after my Note 10 Plus was recently stolen while I was a work. I work in the retail industry and know the importance of providing A+ customer service. Well, that's exactly what I received when I visited the T-Mobile store on Panola Road.The team working that night was Nyne, Kim, and Antwon. I had so many questions and they answered them very thoroughly and expressed compassion with regards to my stolen phone. They took their time to show me different phone options and features.I am not an impulsive buyer so I needed a day or two to make a decision. I returned to the store within that same week looking for my A-Team. It was a different team working that night and Jarrell and Bobby provided the same stellar customer service. I am extremely happy with my new phone and the T-Mobile employees working at the Panola Road location are to be commended for their dedication, hard work, and excellent service!!!!!!!! :-)

I really enjoyed my experience with Sidney and Michael, they treated me and my daughter like family and gave me their full attention. I highly recommend this Metro by Tmobile on Panola. If I could give Sidney and Michael 10 stars I would. Customer service top notch!!
