I'll tell you this, four years later I feel compelled to come on here and share the horrible experience I had at this place. Test drove a Corolla with a pleasant saleswoman. But the manager was a name I can't repeat here. I didn't earn a lot at the time and desperately needed a car. He treated me like filth who wasn't worth his time. He scribbled a ridiculous offer on a piece of paper. When I said I'd think about (knowing I'd never be back) and got up to leave, I reached for the paper but this guy forbade me from taking it with me. Rude, unprofessional, snobbery. I went to Carmax and got a car the next week. I've got a great job now with a great income to match. I could afford a Porsche if I wanted one. I don't. But I will NEVER step foot in this place again.

I just bought my 2nd van from this location from the same salesperson. I never felt pressure to buy. Love this location.

Stop by to schedule a recall service, I was told the earliest date they had was December 27th, so I took it.

I purchased my vehicle from here and return for maintenance. It is a dealership so they are ALWAYS finding services that need to be done.

Bought my Camry at Nalley Stonecrest in 2019 smoothest process ever when it's time for your vehicle to be serviced it's best that you schedule an appointment if you got up on the wrong side of the bed stay at home others should not have to deal with your being mad at the world attitude, if you're in a rush skip it plan ahead especially if you have children to pick up or drop off etc. Stress will age you quickly don't let it life is to short ?

Not a great experience! just an FYI i wanted to know what my monthly payment was and they could not tell me with out running my credit. which was fine until I realized they ran it five times! which left five hard inquiries on my credit and dropped my credit score! I never been so pissed! why do you need to run it five times! I get that you have to run it and it will drop but running It five times is a little too excessive!

I arrived at 945 am for my 940. I check-in and waited in the waiting area until 1 pm. When I asked the manager how long he said the system didn't check me in. Hard to believe but he said he wouldn't charge me. I had a free oil change using my coupon. Then he came back and said my oil cap was damaged. I knew he was going to make me pay something. I paid for the cap before they said something else was wrong. Why make an appointment if it's not honored? Go at your own risk.

These are some of the most helpful and caring people on the planet. Edit: ...or at least they appear to be). The entire process took a little over four hours but my husband and I didn't mind because the entire staff treats the customers like they REALLY want us to be happy. Edit: Well, no wonder they treated us so well back then. We paid WAY too much for the car. I shouldn't have let my husband talk me into getting a car that wasn't on the list of cars that I researched! Here we are in 2023, still dealing with overpaying. We bought the Toyota in 2018 and we traded it since. Do your homework and be CAREFUL.?

We bought new car and sales person did all paperwork. What ever they ask we provide all . We make sure that title will come in both name not single (husband and wife) . They said yes it will . When we receive our title it came with single name. Now they blame on us that we did not sign paper how we don't sign if they have not ask? As a customer how you know where you need to sign ? When they are charging documents fee whoes responsibility to check signs and paperwork? And above that they lie many things when we call.
