I am very upset went to get an oil change a week ago. The other day my oil light keeps popping on and off, i let my dad check my oil and there is not a drop of oil in my car. I don’t understand how you change the oil and didn’t put oil back in my car. I could have blown my motor in my car. This is very unacceptable and I’m am very disappointed. I will be contacting someone about this.

My wife and I bought a new car yesterday. We had a ***five-star*** experience at Nalley Hyundai on Mall Parkway. We made several trips over there as part of the process. The salespeople (Trey and Marcus) was knowledgeable, low pressure, and didn't try to rush us; the dealership manager (Anthony) was friendly and helpful (when the salesperson wasn't there); and even the finance guy (Kendal) was straighforward and, after I asked him not too, didn't try to sell us extra stuff--at all. We got a good price compared to what the Internet says is usually paid for this model, and Robbin loves the car. Honest to God, the experience was pleasant!(In the middle of this, I also paid a visit to Patamkin Hyundai on Hwy 78. Lousy experience. Did not feel listened to or respected. Would never go back. The contrast was night and day.)

Definitely come visit Marcus when you are in the market for a new car. He made something out of nothing...confident the entire time he could work out my situation. And I had questions from the 1st call until I walked through the door. Him and the entire office were welcoming and persistent on working out the deal! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Thank you goes out to Marcus for helping me get my car serviced. I had a recall on my car and I couldn't get any help on my own but he called me to see how my car experinece was. I told him what happened; and within a week I was in the shop; the parts were ordered and they fixed my car. If u ever need a car or service on your car Marcus is the man. He's a 10 star salesman. Amish Cline was my sales person and he was amazing! He kept me calm when the financing check was a little shaky and he had a beautiful smile the whole time. I would never want to work in auto sales but he handled it like a champ! He showed me every feature of my new car, set up my app on my phone, gave me tons of resources to answer any questions going forward, including reaching back out to him. Today, the GM, Anthony called to make sure I was happy with my purchase and asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend this dealership!!

The customer service was good but trumped by a couple of issues. The sales rep carried himself well. But he sold me a vehicle that had two open recalls. The sales rep specifically told me that his company takes care of the recalls. The finance department seemed reluctant to accept my pre-approved auto loan from my bank. So they applied to several banks and couldn't find a better rate than the one I walked in with. I felt like that was a waste of my time. And the efforts to upsell me warranties was ill-timed after spending so much time waiting for the finance department to realize my pre-approved loan was the one I wanted to go with. Insurance companies made me aware of the recalls and were unwilling to insure the vehicle. I made my issues known with Nalley Hyundai but have not heard any feedback.

Let me tell you, best experience ever! Roy Owens got me all the way together. I absolutely love my new car! He was knowledgeable, fast and efficient! He gave me multiple options on vehicles and the test drive was amazing. Thank you again! I will refer for sure!

I made a visit to Nalley Hyundai, and I was greeted by Roy. Roy was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. He was attentive to my needs in a vehicle, but most importantly my budget. He worked to offer me the best deal and I went home in my new ride. Hands down GREAT customer service from all the staff including Marcus. If you are in the market and looking for a new ride, drive over to Nalley Hyundai and ask for Roy or Marcus. I had a great experience! Mr. Roy Owens II is a fantastic sales consultant. He doesn’t try to upscale; he walked me through the process with guidance and ease. He even went above and beyond with explaining financial advice for young people. Mr. Miguel is also a fantastic financial consultant. He throughly explained the different warranties to purchase without intentions to upscale or manipulate. Joey Johnson is an outstanding auto technician and did a fine and tedious job of making sure that the cars being shown meet their needs, expectations, and requirements. All three associates were very friendly, outgoing, professional and respectable. I highly advise purchasing your vehicle from Nalley Hyandai.

My wife and I were first time purchasers last week at this location. Our dealer that we worked with, Ahkeel Jones, was extremely helpful, transparent, knowledgeable and patience with us as we navigated our time there. Not once did we feel pressured to make a deal or feel like we were being taken advantage of. Also working with the Business and/or Finance Manager, Miguel Rosario, was a solid experience as well. He was also extremely helpful, transparent and willing to work with us and problem solve. Great experience all around and great first time buying experience.

As always, Justin went out of his way in explaining the process for my vehicle, the recommendations that were needed at the time of service and he kept me informed for each step for servicing my car. It is always a service with a smile, excellent customer service, and thoroughness in every aspect with him. He is very kind, jovially and respectful.
