DO NOT GO HERE – TOTAL SCAM!
I brought my car to New Image Collision for repairs, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. They took 3 weeks for what was promised to be a 6-day job, and they didn’t even fix an important part for a car to function properly. Their excuse? "We didn’t realize it was broken," even though it was very obvious.
On top of that, they painted the wrong color, blaming it on "lighting" instead of bothering to check before painting the hood and bumper.
This place is a joke. Wrong parts, lazy mechanics, and incompetent service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. Read the other COUNTLESS NEGATIVE reviews – they speak for themselves.

P.S.A. DO NOT, I REPEAT! DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY! Yelp made me leave at least 1 star, but they deserve like a Negative 4 if we being honest . I understand now why it's so IMPORTANT to read these reviews & trust what the people are saying rather then what these Phony A$$ repairmen are going to try to say to you while they SCAM YOU!!! Please save your Time, Money, & Peace of mind by looking for a better shop w/ maybe some good reviews . THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! Both the owner of this establishment that needs to but shut down & the estimator are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! (& that's an understatement) . Upon arrival you might talk to black guy (the owner) or the estimator/adjuster (the white guy) , they switch there roles like a fishing pole & a net. One tries to reel you in while the other one makes sure you don't get away by just saying simply ANYTHING. Saying all this to give you a background of how it's going to go down. What happened to me? I brought in my 2022 Hyundai Elantra there because somebody had hit my car from the back so my back bumper & sensor was all jacked up as well as the back right tire was out of alignment (slanted) . BIG MISTAKE As you can see in the photos below. I took my car here the beginning of February, gave them the other persons insurance claim # & everything the old white guy w/ the glasses who claims he was the one fixing the car initially told me that "in the neighborhood" (meaning any other repair shop) would prolly charge a good "$5,000 - $7000" for the repairs I needed. These guys are just insurance pigs & are trying to work one on you so they keep your car there . They will tell you a price for repairing it that sounds good to you but will NOT HONOR their word. They will turn your problem into a even bigger problem , they'll turn it into an art project w/ all the wrong pieces. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS. You see this place, drive past. Turn around, but don't go here. It's establishments like this that need to be shut down because things aren't what they seem. The staff is VERY RUDE & Unprofessional. Make you feel like you might have to fight them just to get your shit back or for them to get they shit right smh. They still have me in a rental going on 2.5 - 3 months now! & when I tell you the car looks RIDICULOUS! It looks RIDICULOUS . They haven't been using REAL Hyuandi parts , it looks like a art project that they would try to turn into school & get a C for. They will not be getting another dime from me & more then likely will be hearing from my lawyer via a lawsuit since they wanna play the game if He said, she said . When I have a pretty great memory on everything like I just jotted down. If you made it this far on this review just take my advice & AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY! Take a look at these before & after photos, I was better off keeping my wrecked vehicle & not letting them touch it AT ALL!

Y'all really did a crappy badjob on my carYou can see the paint was not properly sand and buffed, y'all did not cover my windows and paint residue is on my windshield and tinted side windows and can't come offY'all missed a scratch after having my car for 4 weeks. There's no shine on the side that was painted, very dull lookingIf you have a luxury car, this is not the place to take it. Do not take your car to this place. You will be sorry you did.

I should've read the reviews. They had my car for over two months. when i got it back everything was falling off. the sensor is still going off. pieces of my car is falling the trunk( place of impact isn't closing) neither is the trunk sensor fixed. they could've atleast change the freaking oil! Like what did y'all do? Over 2 whole months and it's still messed up. i'm taking it to the dealership hopefully my insurance does not pay them a penny!

Took my car here after a accident this place is overpriced the owner is very nice however they literally threw my car together. I took my car to the dealership to have it looked at after they gave my car back because it was driving funny and missing pieces. Dodge told me the car had “patch work” done. After I paid thousands of dollars out of pocket. I then took my car back and my car is still having issues. I decided not to even deal with them anymore and take my car else where although I have to pay more money I’m getting better service and my vehicle is actually getting fixed the correct way. I would not recommend this place, only for simple body work. I’ve took my cars here multiple times and did not have an issue but I guess this big job they were not capable of fixing… very disappointed.Services: Body & Trim

A very pricey establishment, yet they do quality work. I was dissatisfied with their quote and it encouraged me to do my front bumper and side fender replacement myself ☝

Do not take your car here!!!! Stay Away....Branches from a pine tree fell on my car and put dents on the roof, hood, trunk, busted the rear windshield, and a couple of small dents on the front doors. Aside from the dents my car came back looking worse than before I took it to this business. They do not have qualified techs to work on your vehicle. I have provided pictures that will show the incompetence of the employees there. 1 Example ...repaired dents in the roof and did not put molding on properly. Also pictures will show bumpers and below damage now that was not on the car when I dropped it off ( part of jagged edge fender sticking out ). I don't have unkept ( raggedy) cars but this business has done just that. It looks as though someone there was taking parts off that did not need work on ....maybe they was taking off what they needed and threw the outside parts back on as if no one would ever notice. Also they will keep your car a very long time. I suppose so they will have time to take parts off your car and put BS back on. On top of all this had the nerve to paint over all this mess they made. Also they broke my ignition key while the car was there and ruined my shifter. My car had no problem shifting from park to reverse, drive, and neutral before I brought it to New Image Collision but when I came to pick my car up with a tow truck Issac told me Ray the owner had left before I got there and for me not to put the car in park or it will get stuck in park. They gave my car a new image alright....a new image of junk. Stay Away if you don't want these criminals taking parts off your car. This so called business is a sham for some shady things they are doing.

This place is horrible, Ray the owner of the company quoted me $4,500 cash only for a paint job on my car. I took them a $2,000 deposit on July 7, 2021. This shop had my car from July 7, 2021 to November 12, 2021 and had not completed the work. After, I kept calling asking when will my car be finished, Ray had Issac call me back to tell me to come and get my car. I picked up an incomplete body work and paint job car, after they had my car for over 4 months. Ray is a big liar, he was working on insurance claims and putting me at the bottom of the list. Local, Affordable, Awesome Customer Service! My window came off track trapped in the door panel. The dealership appointment was 7 days out. I rode around and saw New Image Collision. They did not turn me away because it wasn't an auto accident incident (yes I was this by other collision companies). The part was ordered and ready to install the same day, but due to my schedule I couldn't have the work done until the next day. They did some quick thinking and jimmied my window to avoid my car being stolen and water damage from the rain. I came back the next day and my car was ready sooner than I expected (Go figure LOL). I will definitely return and recommend.

I brought my 2001 BMW 330i to get fixed, I was met with amazing customer service. As well as an amazing rate to fix my car. Thank you Ray, Ryan and everyone else who helped me. From taking me to the ATM to being sure I understood all that was being done and what to expect, I will definitely be returning for anything services in the further. Thank you again. -Lexi
