“First time customer, and they did not disappoint!! I do not remember the young man who checked my tires but he was professional & very, polite and pointed out I had a nail in back right and also a couple of tires were going ball. Then, Mr Darius also professional, showed me my oil was black and I needed a oil cleanser and told me they offer free oil top off. There was no up selling at all, he noticed my military tags and advised me they offer military discount. I am thankful to God, for the additional suggestions and information provided. This will be my new go to oil change spot from now on. God bless y'all!!”
“Wow! I thought I had a radiator leak after i got the coolant flush serviceso I called up here and talked to Tristien who put me on the phone with the manager Chris. This guy came to my house to make sure everything was ok, and had me follow him up to the shop... this is the best service I have ever received from ANY company EVER!! Turns out nothing was wrong, but for him to do all of that just to make sure I was ok is nothing short of perfect customer service! Thank you so much! I can't tell you how happy I am right now! I hope I can be as good as you are one day!

“I moved to the Atlanta area about 7 months ago. Have gotten all my oil changes here. I go out of my way to go here. Great staff. They work together to get things done. Nice guys. They pulled my filter out and showed me. They confirmed my oil was filled all the way. Good quick service. I always try to tip them. Remember it’s hot out. They work in that heat they don’t have a closed shop with lifts and all that. Appreciate you guys.”

“Eurofed in Snellville has definitely earned my trust. I recently bought a vehicle from Carvana, and after a little while the brakes started getting really squeaky. I wasn’t sure what was going on, so I took it to Eurofed to get it checked out. Wes was incredibly informative from start to finish — he explained everything in a way that actually made sense and made sure I understood what was going on with my car.
They looked the vehicle over, told me exactly what needed to be done, and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. The repairs were handled quickly, the service was great, and the difference in how my car drives now is noticeable. It’s such a relief to have a shop I can depend on, especially after buying a car online.

“I just left and Bryan is definitely a man of his word. I called yesterday (11/13) becuase I needed 2 used tires. I advised my daughter has a medical condition and I didn't want to be away from home too long. He told me it would be best if I come the next morning (11/14). “When I say the massive juxtaposition between the customer service I received at my previous review to these legends would be an understatement.
Due to me doing a little silly I damaged the skid plate under my car and I needed to repair it ASAP. Not only did Aquan, Quel, and Mark take me with 30 minutes left in the day, the totally took care of me and got me back on the road.
