not even worth one star, walked in seen dead reptiles in the displays, crickets roam the whole store, none of their prices add up with their merchandise and their sales that are none existent. then to top it all off horrible customer service and tried to argue about giving a refund on products that prices didn't match up on.

shaving my dog too close when they say dematting was too much, he growls, too close to his skin. no problem for 4 years going there and suddenly no one can work with him. Loved them but don't understand what happened; no patience with a little dog and did u even try to avoid having to shave him because u did not want to take the time to work thru a small matted area? He's had worse and no issues with other groomers.

I took my dog in for a $72.00 groom today and he was totally mutilated. His hair is uneven and chopped. The groomer left hair hanging off his feet. His ears are are not even. I made him another appointment for tomorrow. Hopefully someone there can do something to help. Will post after next appointment.

I had a 12:15 appt for my dog Bella. They were confused as to what dog I was referring too. They kept saying " Bella Rose", I replied no. This went on for a bit as they try to confirm a contact number. They told me Bella Rose right? No I said just Bella. After it got straighten out I was told to give them a couple hours. I called them at 4:00 and said Bella would not be ready until 6:00.I asked what is taking so long and they said there are 3 dogs in front of her. How is that my problem ? and a common courtesy phone call would have helped. No apologies from them. My dog won't be going back.

Petco is my go to for my dog's grooming. Getting an appointment for grooming can be a challenge but this location typically has availability for when i need to get my dog groomed. I have the vital care rewards which provides me with an additional discount on services. While they appear to be shorter staffed, you may have to wait a lil longer to get your pup checked in but they do provide good, friendly, service and in a timely manner. I had some issues with my vital care app during my last visit and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved. I definitely appreciate the good customer service provided at this location.

Customer service at this location is horrible. The store manager, Angela, does not utilize active listening skills when talking to customers. She hears what she wants to hear and runs with that. She speaks very loudly and in a condescending tone. I attempted to pick up an online order and the order was wrong. It was the incorrect item and was listed under someone else's name. The store manager offered to exchange it for the correct one and in doing so voided my entire transaction and asked me to pay for it again. She did not explain that she would be doing a return and the money would be sent back to my original method of payment. She did say it could take a couple of days to show up in my account. Why would she do that without making sure that was okay with me? Why wouldn't she offer to put it on a gift card since she KNEW it could take a few days to show up in my account? Her communication skills are lacking. When I went back to the store a week later to pick up yet another order for the same food. I was asked for ID in spite of the associate stating she remembered me from the week before. They didn't ask for ID the day they messed up my order though, but I digress. Angela might not need to work in retail customer service if she is not prepared to actually listen to customers and actually ask questions about customer's needs; in my humble opinion. Online pick up is supposed to be a fast option; not at this store. Their lines are slow and long and there is no order. They let people walk up to open registers right past the ones who have been waiting at another register. Here's to hoping they get it together because this is ridiculous.

We arrived a day early for our appointment. This was not a problem for this location. We were greeted within 5 minutes of walking in. Royal was on a call and acknowledged our arrival. After Royal ended the call, we were assured that we could be accommodated. Royal suggested a few things that would offer a customized experience for each dog! We were contacted about an hour earlier than we anticipated, with Royal letting us know the dogs were ready. Upon arrival, we were thrilled to see our fur babies looking and smelling fresh and clean! Royal even topped it off with our little guy getting an added bow tie.

I've been going to Petco in Lithonia since my dog was a puppy. There was a girl there with short green hair that always did an excellent job and you could tell she took pride in her job. When she left that's when it all went down hill. I took my dog there less than a week ago and the groomer wasnt friendly at all. She had an attitude and when I came to pick my dog up 2hrs late she had a bigger attitude when I asked her why the price keeps going up when I keep getting the same service. $115 later and had to go to an ATM because there machine was broken I wasn't happy at all!! I promise they didn't even bathe my dog. She smelled the same way she did when I dropped her off. her hair wasn't soft or blown out. What really disturbed me is that she was crying when I picked her up...and she has never done that. Now I'm even more concerned and disappointed. I hope they read this...better yet I hope everyone reads this. My dogs name is Lulu she's a standard poodle and weights 46 pounds. The sweetest dog ever. I call the store manager "frado" and rather than provide good service he decides to interrogate me. if you care about your dog and there health I wouldn't recommend this place. It's very convenient for me figuring my house is around the corner but, I'll take the inconvenience just to make sure my dog is healthy, happy, and looks good. It's very difficult to pay $100+ dollars for a service and be highly disappointed and be provided terrible service.
