I tried this grooming salon 4 times for my German shepherds and this was the worst experience. I dropped them off at 9, then got 2 separate messages stating that one of my dogs was ready and the other was drying, then another Message saying they won’t be ready until 3… 6 hours???? That’s past the 3-4 hour window time. Assuming it was an error I called for some clarification. The gentleman who answered was rude and short. He handed the phone to the groomer who stated “we’ll give you a call when they’re done.”
Okay, great. But 6 hours is too long. Not to mention I paid extra for one of my shepherds to have limited kennel time due to his anxiety and then told he’ll be there for 6 hours??
I was hung up on by the groomer when I asked for clarification. Called back and the same gentleman quickly dismissed me and said “they’re tag teaming your dogs to make it go faster”. Then hung up.
The manager called me a few minutes later to explain the specific package I paid for was not an express bath and limited kennel time doesn’t mean express bath. I get that. But I paid $35 extra for limited kennel time for nothing then because 6 hours is OUTRAGEOUS. Had I not called to question, my dogs would have been there the entire day.
She then said the groomer went into detail about the bath to my boyfriend who dropped them off and how long it would take. After I asked my boyfriend he said all the groomer stated is it would be a couple hours and had him sign paperwork. Everything else aside lying to a customer is just unprofessional behavior. I’m not interested in escalating further but highly suggest you pull the audio footage and use it as a training opportunity for your staff. Two x large dogs cost a lot of money for grooming and we will not be coming back to spend it here. Staff is friendly to your face, rude over the phone and unwelcoming.
Please take a look at your team members before you lose more customers.

The team here all are very knowledgeable about many different things regarding our pets! They helped me with my betta fish Emmanuel and answered my concerns regarding him! They are also knowledgeable about other animals too. The good part is they don't just have the spiders roaming the store in case people are afraid of them. The store alo has turtles that I call the ninja turtles 🤣 get it! Anyway, feel free to stop by and get a new addition to your family!

The Manager Kim butcher my dog kim the one I allowed her to groom him mind you I have never had thus issue before in the past 4 years that I have been coming to this store please don't book kim book anybody else but her ...... this store getting worse by the day with stuff all over the place it wasn't like that last year maybe they should bring back the old management team instead of all these new people that they have and you manager shea for all your help

Just ghetto and nasty why do you have a grooming salon manager arguing with staff in front of customers unacceptable and unprofessional please get it together lately the store never present every time I ask to voice my concern to him

This store CAN’T have a leader in the building with what I saw. Stockers blocking the aisles pushing freight (as slow as possible), worst of all NO ONE was watching the front. When I arrived the cashier was sitting on top of what I assume was his car on the phone (black Nissan Altima). I shopped for a good 15 mins and he was still outside!!! I waited at the register for 5 mins before I had to go to the window and make eye contact with before he came inside to check me out. The prices on the shelves didn’t match the ring up price, there was a 25% off coupon he didn’t address. The only thing he said to me was the total because he was STILL on the phone!!! Talking about girls with his friend. All the staff on duty today should be replaced or you may as well close the doors. How many sells were missed today because there was no one to check them out? Or who just left with the merchandise instead?

I loved my dog cut , although I stated I didn’t want her hair on the top touched for her ponytail -1 star ….it still came out cute. .. & another thing yall NEVER answer the phone , work on that cust have questions that need to be asked over the phone rather then wasting time coming there .
