I asked the jeweler to resize my engagement ring. I was only visiting for a few days and would be coming back to New York. The guy stole two diamonds from my ring and scraped the middle writing. The ring said past present and future . He completely ruined my engagement ring. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING. Not only did he steal my diamonds , he also charged me $120 to resize my ring. Complete rip off. I hope this place burns in hell.

This was a great experience. I needed to have a ring and bracelet repaired but because I had a bad experience with my old jeweler. These guys was great I had my repair completed within forty five minutes. My jewelry looked like new.

Me and my sister both bought gold rope chains and they broke a few days after purchase they soldered (fixed) the chain and it broke again been fixed 3 times I'd rather just go to another jewelry store because they don't fix it how it should be feels like ants are biting my neck

I bought 2 rings (wedding & band) for my fiancé and myself. I came back few months down the line and bought my fiancé a necklace with a C charm and I bought myself 2 necklaces with 2 charms. Prince, Danny, and Sam took good care of me and my fiancé. They treated me like I am their family. The place itself is clean and make u wanna continue to shop there.
