DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!! I went to this salon maybe 2 or 3 times ... My first time was good went back again for a fill-in; the old lady with the bad skin was rushing while doing my nails honey within a week 2 of my nails had broken and my color looked so bad. I work at a hotel near the mall where this salon is located and always suggest my guest to go visit well NEVER AGAIN! So right after a week of paying $30 I was forced to go back because my nails look horrible at this point! I was embarrassed. I went in and explained to the tech that my nails had not been fulfilled properly! My nails are always on .. I should be a nail model as much as I am constantly getting my nails done. Anyways she began telling me she didn't break my nails which is true but neither did you FILL them in the way you should so I told little Ching Ching I do not mind paying for my broken nails but I def. need to be accommodated for something! She was rude and told me another $15 was due and made me pay before finishing my repairs!!! So I began talking to the guest that again I REFERRED to these people about my experience remind you this is after I paid. Google I can not make this up do you know this lady pops my hand as if I am a CHILD because I told the young lady I would never give Q NAILS another dime .. I ALMOST LOST MY MIND!!!! I had to remain calm because I also work in the mall plus she was finally finishing up my nails .. They are so unprofessional after another woman saw her hitting me she left! The tech became extremely aggressive she started yelling and going off on me eventually the police came and I did a statement but to end this review do yourself a favor and Google another nail salon .. They are waaaay too high and the work is not worth the money! I don't mind spending money but I refuse to pay someone else bills and be unsatisfied ... No thank you throw this salon AWAY! 0/10 recommendations from me!!

I'm extremely upset! My nails were so bad, she tried to fixed then with all her excuses, saying she don't know what's wrong everyone else like them! The lady was sweet but she needs to hang it up I'm sorry. I had to try to fix them myself whike she polish my toes! The man That was doing my feet decided he would let her polish my feet and I was so upset about my nails I didn't pay my feet any attention, my toes are cute, but my feet feels like I never had a pedicure. 100 bucks and I'm stuck like this

I really like the nails (pink n white) and pedicure the first time. Second round was kinda rushed n mediocre fill in w/ pink n white and I feel like it was a lil pricey for $55 fill when only one color acrylic was used but… I would still give a 3rd try because she really went in on my pedicure!!!

They are horrible over price they rush me through the water was cold as I continued to tell them she didn’t scrub the back of my feet after I told her again I will encourage you not to spend money with them and they wouldn’t even fix it

I got my nails and toes done on 8/17 and they didn't last 24hours. When I returned and asked for a refund, I was told to return the next day. While also, being laughed and talked about in their native language. After this the lady who did my toes offered to fix it but why would I want the person who messes up my polish and then laughed at me to service me. Absolutely not. Do not spend your money here

My experience was horrible! I was giving a price that didn’t add up and when I asked why I was being charged that price, the nail tech had an attitude. Rude and treated me with no respect, all because I asked a question. I will never go back!!!! I will spend my money somewhere else that knows how to treat people.Services: Pedicures

Do Not & I mean do Not waste your money here. They don’t care about your nails nor care to fix them. I got my nails done on 2/28. Before it becomes a week 2 of my nails pop off. I don’t do hard labor for my job so they should not be popping off after just a few days. So I went up there 3/7 and told them. They said they could fix my nail but will charge me. I paid $100 for my set I had gel and sns powdered nails. So now you want me to pay you to fix my 2 nails. Mind you my other nails were already starting to come up. I called them back 3/13 . So by that time I’m only left with 2 nails on. The lady who answered the phone she said I would have to come up there and talk to them and maybe give me a discount but they can’t fix them . I don’t want a discount because my nails shouldn’t not be falling off after a week and half-2 weeks. So whoever did my nails definitely didn’t know what they were doing.They’re very unprofessional and don’t care at all. All they care about is your money .That’s a waste of $100. I will NEVER be back nor recommend this place to anyone. So come at your own risk.Services: Dip powder
