I came down from Gainesville Ga going in to wash hands and buy a drink young black lady was yelling at a Hispanic man not to piss on floor then she let him in restroom harassed him disrespectful I called her out on her being disrespectful clearly the gentleman didn’t understand her and she was still trying to defend her action her and and black chick were just saying racist remarks whole time I was in there just a shame to hear hateful comments out there mouth

Came in today looking for a frozen drink unfortunately the machine was down I was a little disappointed but after notifying one of the managers I believe his name was Aaron he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I walked out the door! the store was pretty clean the staff is a lot friendlier than most other quicktrips I’ve been to and overall I had a great experience this is my new favorite QT

This is actually the worst QT I’ve been in and I grew up in this area. I go in there every week and ask the manager about why there is no sweet tea Ever made or why there is none of their specialty tea made. Their never sold out. They just typically never make in the morning or in the afternoon. This is my fourth week asking and every time I come in, there’s still nothing there The manager is always rude. The managers name is Chasity M. She actually has no business being a manager with her attitude. She doesn’t have any customer service skills.

We tried to cash in a ticket, cashier scanned it and stated it wasn't winner ( you can clearly see that it was as I advised her) She proceeded to tell that she didn't care and she was going by the machine.... To make a loooong story short, we ended up taking it to a different store only for them to tell us it had already been paid out. When my husband tried to get the money, cashier had the nerve to call him broke and tried to banned him from coming in store. We called the police and unfortunately, we have to now go through GA Lottery. Where is the customer service nowadays; that cashier was complete trash!!

^Took a QuickTrip here to fill my tank and tires. However, someone decided to remove the tip to put the air in the tire.... And they have no extra tips inside...... :(

ITS REALLY SAD WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEES THINK THEY SMARTER THAN U I CAME IN YESTERDAY MORNING TO PLAY A FEW NUMBERS WHICH CAME UP TO BE 7 DOLLAS WHY DID THE CASHIER TELL ME 14 DOLLAS WAS MY TOTAL OH I KNOW WHY BECAUSE HE ASSUMED SINCE MY EYES WAS RED I WAS INTOXICATED OR DRUNK BUT HE WAS DEFINATELY WRONG I GAVE HIM A 20 DOLLAR BILL HE HANDS ME 6 DOLLARS BACK AND CLOSES THE REGISTER EXCUSE ME SIR MY TICKESTS ARE ONLY 7 DOLLAR U OWE ME 13 DOLLARS HE THINKS ABOUT AND THEN LAUGHS LIKE ITS FUNNY I DONT FIND THAT FUNNY AT ALL YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE I AM ALSO GONNA FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE RIGHT AFTER I FINISH THIS REVIEW WONT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION

It’s very annoying to try to get air and the needles are being taken out of the air pump. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to get air here because the needles are always being stolen by crackheads and junkies. Something has got to be done, like a key system or something.

Quick Trip you collect Soool much money through the days in Georgia location at least (keep the restroom clean it smells like piss all locations)
