The changing table in the women's restroom is unusable because it slopes too far down towards the floor. We were able to change our baby in the back on the grass.

Time is 4:34am date June 28,2025 cashier decided to make me wait while she pulls the. Product forward. I said excuse me and she told me to wait for to basically finish causing me to be late forgot work. I come to this qk trip all the time and this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced l. No sorry for making you wait no have a nice day just an attitude. A customer left after watching me wait on her seeing she had no urgency or concern in helping the customer first! She had her hair pulled back in a ponytail with a puff and shorts on. I even said out loud I have to go to work. She was beyond rude. If you don’t want to be at work don’t make others suffer!

This location is quite busy. So many cars here you need to back in a parking space and drive slow through the karking lot.

Quik Trip is usually very busy but they normally ring you up pretty fast. They still have some of the best hot drinks around and a good selection of pastries. Their grilled items are still moderately priced as well.

I visit this location a dozen times a day, a seemingly great place for a driver. This one particular security guard turns me off Everytime he works. I just pull up and he is telling me to move or tells me about the 15 minutes I have. Why repeat? I come and go, the cameras say it all. I am 7 months pregnant why can't I just peacefully use the bathroom and get my drinks and snacks in peace? Today he wants to be extra determined to move me as I just pulled up and tells me I am not safe. Trust me I am fine let me be. As nice as I can tell him I am fine and I am getting out he won't stop. It's ridiculous. Especially because you see me here so frequent and spending hard earned money all day with you guys. Not to mention all the other ones my family and I go to daily as drivers, and we choose this one the MOST. After today I need another means of a place to frequent without harassment and I am telling my family too. Enough is enough.

LEAVING FROM AN OUTING,
I have to really use the restroom.
Typically QT is a clean gas station to attend. But not this time… Panola road disappointed me. The two young ladies working this shift were very much disappointing. Their lack of care was saddening. The bathrooms were atrocious! Two out of order and the handicap with absolutely NO tissue, and the floor covered in unknown liquid & tissue🤢
Informing them, I was completely disregarded and told they already knew.
Mind you… I really have to use the bathroom.
I’d just say WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! It’s necessary. No matter what shift they work on !

I’ve never been in a Quiktrip bathroom so nasty two stalls were closed. Only the handicap was open. Nasty nasty nasty do better. Quick trip.
