My daughter found everything she needed. The kids now, have an entire wardrobe they layout. They can't order SHEIN or TEMU right now, so they piece mill EACH entire outfit.
No more dressing rooms, so come knowing your sizes and figure it out (WHERE ) you can.

I will not shop at this location ever again i never really my money back rainbow took 17.17 from my account and never put that money back now im having a hard time getting my money back in my account the manager charged me two times the first one came back the same day but the second posted to my account and now im getting the run around about my money this is unacceptable cause I spend money with this company and now im getting ignored about my money so im not happy with this here it is Friday and i still don’t have my money back

Great prices, But poor customer service. Some dresses were placed on the wrong rack and the manager refused to Honor the price.

Extremely rude. As I walked in around 8:26 PM. I received eye contact with a look down at his watch. He walked up to me quickly, asking about the item in my bag and if I had the receipt. I said yes, and then he asked if the tag was still attached. "I said some what and that I was returning because one shoe was running to the left and very noticeable." He gave me a ticket and quickly runs to the cashier and let her know what was going on. I picked another pair walked to the counter, and the older cashier says. I don't see anything wrong with the shoes and had the nerve to prop them up, with one doing the crip walk dance to the left with a gangsta lean. I told her that I was so sorry that she couldn't see that the shoe was struggling. There's no way that I should have been treated and questioned or wrist checked like that. Stop doing too much and run a professional business, please.

While in the store shopping I needed to try on 3 pairs of pants and the older black lady working at the registered flat out refused to let me try on the pants in the dressing room I told her thank you and left. I'll shop elsewhere.

I usually do not have any issues out of this particular Rainbow shop as they are pleasant but this morning has me never wanting to shop at this location again. I stay not too far from this Rainbow shop and it says on Google and the door of the location that the store opens at 11:00 AM but when I arrive 6-7 minutes after 11, the door was not open and I am looking at the associate near the clothing racks and she looking back at me but no one came to door to explain why they were behind which I would have gladly accepted because I get it, life happens but no one came and I am just looking stupid standing outside this door. So I head back to the car and sit while waiting because they have to open it sooner or later, the woman who parked next to me hops out of her car to go to the door as well, by this time it is 11:12. Instead of going back to the car like me, or leaving the woman proceeds to stand outside while looking through the windows to peep inside. I kid you not 20-25 minutes after 11:00 AM, they finally unlock the door which is when I go inside. No one greeted me, no one apologized for the delay, no anything happened other than me just thinking I am going to get the things I want and I am out here. There were about 6 associates hanging out around the register just keke-ing and laughing which was off-putting, I got what I needed and I left because the energy was not welcoming. I will not continue going to this location just because good customer service goes a long way to create and continue loyalty. Shein is looking better and better especially with some of these high prices on jeans and thin sweaters that Rainbow sells, so I guess this was the final push I needed. Be blessed!

The staff is beyond ignorant. Store has been open for 10 minutes. The shift lead/manager is conducting a shift meeting right near the store windows and refuses to open the doors. This is very distasteful

I’m new here in Covington I’ve been here one year and when I was in New Jersey I used to go shopping at rainbow they have a basement store which has all the clearances and they have amazing stuff down there all the workers for wonderful and I miss them so much so I’ve been to a couple of rainbow stores here in Covington and I noticed that the sales associates don’t say hello to me when they see me or when I enter the door but when other people come in they’ll OK hi how are you so I think that’s a lack of courtesy and professionalism I know rainbow shop is just a regular ghetto store which is OK because I lived in the ghetto… I just have gorgeous apartments anyway just wanted to mention that most of the cashiers are not nice and they don’t treat you the way you need to be treated I worked at Macy’s and I treated everyone with love and respect actually the customers came to come and bring me gifts that’s how nice I was tied up I have a Lotta gifts given to me by Customers and they left me …. So I don’t know if all the stores are the same but to the two stores I’ve been at these people have been really rude to me they don’t say hello they don’t ask how I’m doing and they give me a hard time when I’m going to do exchange

I want to hear before Christmas to purchase a pair a stockings and they left the sensor. I was able to bring it back with the the sensor and package but no receipt so they turn me on around saying they can do nothing. Without proof of purchase. I guess I’m a liar.

I went into this store knowing I would find the items my twins need for their 8th grade formal. And bought all the ladies in my house at least 5 outfits a piece. AND THIS PLACE HAVE LAYAWAY
