This location carries many of the styles you see on the website which is a plus. They have a shoes dept, jewelry, plus sizes and junior. The parking is ample because it's in a shopping plaza near Walmart.

Disrespectful staff seems like they hate being at work the store is cluttered can’t walk through aisles either most of the clothes are dusty from dragging on the floor.

I asked if I could politely try on a pair of joggers over my jeans I already had on so I won’t have to do a return the young lady that work there said sure then another lady come out and says no and then had the nerve to have the male security guard come say something to me saying you can’t try that on in my store first I was confused because you are the security guard and one worker said yes and the other said no so now I’m a bit confused then on top of that the store is so crowded and they don’t even greet you I don’t shop at this location I always shop at the Covington hwy location but since I was by this one I came on in the store I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!! Rainbow corporate y’all need to fix the attitudes and rules in this store apparently the employees are on 2 different pages!!!

Today me and my daughter came in the store looking for the outfit we seen on that previous Wednesday for her to wear for a outing.We asked one of the girls working at the time if we could hold till friday because we would be back friday to buy the outfit. I believe the manager Theresa told the girl no but the lady was still kind enough to hold it for us since my daughter really wanted the outfit. This morning we came in looking for the outfit but it was nowhere to be seen. We found the pants in a XL so I told my daughter to go ask the manager if they had the pants in a different size. When my daughter went up to ask she was met with a very nasty & rude attitude from Theresa. She raised her tone with my daughter then told her NO, whatever you see on the floor is what you get. My daughter told her she didn't have to talk to her like that and Theresa just rolled her eyes at my daughter & continued to scroll on her phone. She is rude, has no respect for any of the customers, has the worse customer service & has no patience at all. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Neither me or my daughter will be returning to this displeasnt place.

I love this Rainbow on Fairington rd. Everything is so organized. And the ladies are very helpful. This store did not use to be this nice- was it a change in management? If so, I can definitely tell the difference. Thanks y’all. Keep up the good work. I got my new fit. I’m about to go out tonight.
