I wanted some loose dried herbs but was disappointed this store does not carry them in that format. They do have a good selection of supplements, tinctures and teas. Had a great chat with owner. Bought some matcha tea but will return for some other items as needed.

Thankyou so much Reggie! I’ll never forget the enlightenment he gave me about herbs and things I should be doing to keep my youth inside and out. I’ll be back soon :)
I also picked up some books on sale about sustaining health and interior home designing. That was a plus for me!!
