Where do I start, my bed has been a complete nuisance every since the delivery.For A bed and mattress that cost almost $3000 bucks you would think I was sleeping like a baby. Well my husband and I have been literally putting this bed back together daily every since the delivery. We decided to get the mattress with the adjustable frame well it’s not working with this bed because every time we move the sides of the bed come off. Not to mention the delivery guys left some wood and other parts off maybe this is why, the world will never know. I’m praying they can fix this expeditiously because it’s nothing worse then seeing your hard earned money go to waste! Rooms To GO do Better with these beds! I’m not rich and I’m sure the people your targeting aren’t either we are hard working people who want reliable decent furniture that doesn’t fall apart just stretching out arms out!

At first, I had a great experience with the salesperson and checking out. However, I had to exchange the furniture and decided to go to another Rooms To Go to do this. That's when things went wrong. The Stonecrest store not only cancelled the order I made at the other store, so they could write it as coming from their store, but by doing so, rather than getting a credit (Iwas rightfully due), I owed additional money and my furniture was not going to be delivered until I paid the amount due. I had to go back and forth several times with the salesperson who kept relaying messages from the manager. I don't know why I couldn't talk directly with the manager since it seemed to have been a mistake. I eventually had to call RTG main customer service. Also, the manager from the other store had to step in to help resolve the issue. If I want to purchase furniture again, from Rooms To Go, it will not be at the Stonecrest store. They have poor in store customer service. Managers should know when it's time to get personally involved with a customer's situation.

I was excited to come to Room to Go with my daughter, who was met another milestone of getting her first apartment. However we were greeted by a male with a mask under his chin with a passive aggressive comment stating “I’m talking to your back”. We were not aware he was talking to us, until we looked back. His comment made my daughter ask if we could get another sales representative. At that time, I saw Lorenzo, who help my husband and I select mattresses on a previous visit and had great customer service skills. So I approached him and ask him if he could help my daughter with her purchase. He was delighted to assist us, gave great customer services like previously. He spoke with her directly, answered all her questions and ask if she had any additional questions. What I liked about this experience is during the process with other major furniture stores, unfortunately the sales person assumed I was the customer, when in actuality, my 26 years old daughter who look like she 16yrs old. Lesson to be learned on their behave is always ask who’s the customer and address them. Lorenzo got it right and identified the customer first and provided great customer service. You all need more like him. Job well done!!! I will be referring more customers to him for their furniture needs.

Jerry was welcoming when I came in the door. What I liked was he didn't follow us around desperately trying to get the sale. When we were ready he answered our questions and took good care of us! Furniture is beautiful!

We shopped all of the local furniture stores and found the best deal and the best love seat and couch. The color, comfortable, and look was great. The sales person, Val was really helpful finding my wife's excate style. We have shopped here before and are very happy with their inventor.

Alex was great- patient and professional. He helped me one day and I told him I would have to think on it- he have no pressure and said if I came back to just ask for him. I did and he was very appreciative of me asking for him. He was a pleasure to work with.

I decided to drop into Rooms To Go over by Stonecrest Mall while I wait for my client to go show some properties. And I must say that Rooms To Go has come a loooong way from when it comes to furniture for the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Even the art and accessories are much better than what I remember back in the day. I would suggest you go and check them out for yourself. Sit on a couch or two and feel the difference. I was greeted at the door by the associate but not harassed or followed throughout the store. He gave me space to just roam and would checkin if I happened to walk past him. It was nice experience go check them out for yourself. I took a couple random videos.

When you talk about hindsight, There's lots of it here that I could have gleaned from before my wife and I decided to purchase from this business. We too had already gone to other stores, and everyone was friendly and attentive and by the time we got to R2G we felt like we'd find what we needed. We walked in and Lorenzo greeted us. Very knowledgeable, great enthusiasm, he hit every point in the salesman's hand book. He invited us to look around gave us a bit of info and direction and we were off. After about 20 minutes or so, we came across a couple of items that had been red tagged. Since we're furnishing a rental property, we thought it be a great idea to grab a few of these pieces and get it done. We closed the store on a conversation with the manager and this is where the disdain begins. The question that shifted our intellect was, "When can it be delivered..?" Lorenzo had explained this and my wife had questions, so we sequestered the manager (I forget his name, which is even worse since he wasn't very personable to the last couple in the showroom) we were told we couldn't have it delivered until Weds because the "DESIGNERS" don't want to have holes in the floor. My wife's response, There's plenty of furniture that can be moved into THOS space to fill it up, and the manager chuckled a bit under his breath and says, "The designers don't like that" (it's Friday) and my wife's words, that's not sales driven, or even customer friendly, didn't seem to land as the two guys both looked stupefied. Lorenzo tells us they work with a guy who delivers for them on a regular basis and he can bring the furniture to us. We pay say good night and now it's Weds 3:40 pm. We have not seen any furniture. Now my wife's upset, and no one is reaching out to let us know when we can expect it. I gotta start reading the reviews of places I'm ABOUT to go into....

I love Rooms to Go furniture. I've purchased furniture from them before and we're very pleased with it. The quality is good and I love the prices, along with the 55 months no interest. This latest purchase as with our previous purchase was seamless. The Salesman was very pleasant and helpful, walking me through the process. We've referred family members to them as well and their pleased with their purchase also

I liked the idea of walking into a place and not having to search for someone to assist me. This is the type of treatment I received at Rooms to Go at Stonecrest. Jason met us at the door and was very helpful, informative and friendly. We were able to find exactly what we wanted without any problems. There was no pressure sales and we felt very good about our purchase. Will definitely shop there again.

My Rooms To Go experience was amazing. Jason Holden held my hand through the whole process and was super friendly. I normally do all of my furniture shopping at Ashley furniture but when I had a tiny issue with a delivery their customer service was terrible so they have lost my business forever. Jason was so friendly and helpful he will be my go-to guy for any future furniture purchases. The beautiful furniture lures you in but it is the amazing customer service that keeps you a customer.

I do not normally shop with Rooms to Gobut I wanted to check out the price of their Stern & Fosters Mattress. To my surprise I purchased two mattresses. The associate ‘Von’, who assisted me was very knowledgeable of the product and most pleasant to talk to.
