The store is always very clean and neat. The best looking Ross I have attended so far in the Atlanta area.The staff is very friendly. The prices are great. The only thing that I experienced which needed a small bit of attention was the restroom 🚻. They need a bit more focus on antibacterial soap toiletries, hand towels and fresheners.

I felt like this location was extremely picked over. The Stone Mountain and Snellville locations have better product selection (my opinion) Employees are not very friendly, that was expected though. Low prices.

The lady with the red ombré dreads is very nasty and disrespectful. I came for an exchange and ended up just doing a return due to her poor customer service. Nobody greeted me I had to say “I guess they don’t see me” she got smart and said who? So I said you clearly” then proceeded to laugh like what is funny? I will be returning rhetorical rest of the items I purchased tomorrow. Not spending my hard earned money on rude employees. Disgusting and I will be contacting the better business bureau.
