Very unprofessional people who work here. No good customer service skills at all. They hire just anyone now. Last time shopping here, specially at this Stonecrest mall in Lithonia ga. The two women hear bad attitudes and very rude.

I purchased two jumpers which I guess are referred to as body suits now. I purchased two because I was unsure what size I needed as the purchase was for someone else. Kyla told me I could return as long as I had the receipt. Well not even 20 minutes later I came to return the second body suits even though it had not been worn when another associate told me I could not return it. Well if I would've known that prior to my purchase I would not have made the purchase. Make sure the staff is aware of the policies. Thanks!

I was there with my Daughter and Granddaughter last Sunday. We waited in line for a long time while the clerk rang up a woman in front of us. Then 2 girls walked up beside us and cut in line and not only did she wait on them before us, one of them picked up something else before walking out of the store and walked up and she waited on her AGAIN after she had started waiting on us. There was a line behind us the whole time and we all had to put up with this. This store should be called RUDE 21.
