Very unprofessional people who work here. No good customer service skills at all. They hire just anyone now. Last time shopping here, specially at this Stonecrest mall in Lithonia ga. The two women hear bad attitudes and very rude.

I purchased two jumpers which I guess are referred to as body suits now. I purchased two because I was unsure what size I needed as the purchase was for someone else. Kyla told me I could return as long as I had the receipt. Well not even 20 minutes later I came to return the second body suits even though it had not been worn when another associate told me I could not return it. Well if I would've known that prior to my purchase I would not have made the purchase. Make sure the staff is aware of the policies. Thanks!

Only one person was working, I think her name was Tashean. She was also the only person that acknowledge the customers. Everyone else was laughing together and cutting up.

This store is great to shop for your children if this is their style of dressing, but the prices are higher than many other stores.

I was there with my Daughter and Granddaughter last Sunday. We waited in line for a long time while the clerk rang up a woman in front of us. Then 2 girls walked up beside us and cut in line and not only did she wait on them before us, one of them picked up something else before walking out of the store and walked up and she waited on her AGAIN after she had started waiting on us. There was a line behind us the whole time and we all had to put up with this. This store should be called RUDE 21.

Customer service wasn't friendly or helpful and once I was ready to purchase my items both sales associates were on the phone didn't even acknowledge me for a whole minute and once they did didn't even say hi he just rung up my items

Delilah assisted me today and she was awesome! It’s not all the time that you get such great treatment in retail. Felt very welcomed and valued from the beginning. Thanks again Delilah! Shared my sentiments with the manager who was there as well. She was also nice and attentive. & in addition to all this, I left with some great deals! I’m a happy camper :)

Rue 21 is THE store i love their fall/winter collection especially the men's sweaters and sweats. They always have a good sale going.....
