Rep was helpful attempting to match my color chart that I put in his hand at the beginning of our conversation. He needs more customer service training as he flipped the chart on the counter instead of putting it back in my hand. I will not be returning to this store for future purchases

Excellent. Fast, efficient and good quality. They load product in your vehicle. Skipping big box stores from now on. SW does paint and does it well.

Terrible young lady worker in the store on January 23rd 2021 at 3:30 pm. Not helpful or knowledgeable about anything dealing with paint. Please hire people or train them to help people with the paint. That was a terrible experience in there. Gave absolutely no help.

Experience was horrible. Person assisting me was not knowledgeable of paint finishes. He was confusing & each time i had a question, he had to walk away & ask someone. No one else working in the store cared to come and assist. Instead the young man went back & forth with questions.

Absolutely the worst paint shop ever. I would rather shop at the larger retailers ( Home Depot and Lowe's) before shopping here. I went into purchase some paint to touch up the walls in my home. The lady that helped me was so uneducated with products and ultimately gave me the wrong paint. I went home and tried it to find out that it wasn't what she had promised it was. I took the paint back - thankful they have a return policy. The manager gave me the "correct" paint which happened to still be wrong. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.

product didn't match and Sherwin Williams doesn't offer refunds or color corrections. I spent $88 which was a waste of my time and money.

Ebony Grace was very knowledgeable and showed me her recommendation as to what I was looking. Didn't have what I chose but she made it work with another selection. Keep up your great customer service.
