I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this location. When I purchased the shoes, the associate clearly told me that I could return them as long as I had the receipt and the shoe box. I followed exactly what I was told, only to come back and be met with complete unprofessionalism.
The older woman with gray hair at the register was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or explain anything calmly, she had a nasty attitude and acted like I was bothering her. There was no customer service, no courtesy, just attitude. If your own employees are giving out return instructions, then customers shouldn’t be penalized for following them. I won’t be shopping here again. Do better.

My daughter just cut her finger in the store.
I get it- things happen.
She went to grab a baby shoe to show me. All of a sudden she started screaming and crying. Blood is on her fingers which then got on mine. Yet the employee is telling me she didn’t get cut, nothing cut her. After that I took a few photos after realizing they seemed to care less. Once my daughter calmed down she went on to point and say it was the price sign that gave her a paper cut.
1- I didn’t like the dismissiveness by the employee. 2- Equip your staff with a proper first aid kit. She came back with a random bandaid but nothing to clean our fingers to remove the blood.
They all just kind of stared at us as we left which was even more awkward.

Cashier did not want to look up shoes she had in computer; her to measure my daughter feet the scale is differently wrong it says she wears an 11 wide; she was wearing a 13.5 wide in August 2019

Very poor customer service, everybody has an attitude. The store just opened up, and they acting like they mad at tge world. Even the MOD is rude, this makes no sense, what happened to Customer Service.

UPDATE!!!!!!!I started shopping back there since i have difficulty finding shoes for my teen son. The staff has changed since my last review 5 years ago. Customer service is much much better and this is my go to store now.Poor customer service I waited at checkout this young lady behind the counter made eye contact with me twice turn her back checked her phone the went on to conversation with 2 the other coworkers outside the counter. I store there with my toddler and a baby and the 3 pairs of shoes atop the stroller for about 7 minutes before one of the coworker said ‘I think she is checking out’ ?( well duh... I just left home with my 2 kids to stand in the checkout line because I was bored home?). The same person behind the counter then turn and said hello how are you as if she was just seeing me. I sure didn’t answer because I would definitely had told her how I was doing. I hate to be that person but customer service job is self explanatory. If you don’t wanna be at work then don’t there’ always a choice and a person who will be grateful. If you are there then be the best as you are being paid for it. If the pay is too small or you are refused a raise then go somewhere else or prove your worth but you did know what you signed up for.

The store has some form of policy where the box comes with one shoe, and then when you checkout they give you the other shoe. The shoe they gave me didn’t even match the shoe I wanted to buy, in fact It was a whole other shade and was uneven. I didn’t realize it until I came home.
