This location is absolutely disgusting. The women’s bathroom was overflowed with days worth of dirty used menstrual products to the point where they were on the floor. The roll of tissue was sitting right next to the trash almost touching those used menstrual products. You can tell they do not clean. Very unsanitary and should even be reported.

Decent experience, I got some things laminated- walked in with them, they took care of me immediately. I was out of the store in less than 40 minutes. The line was a little long and like everywhere, right now, they're understaffed, but it was fine. They were friendly. The store was clean. I'd go back.

I used this Staples (Stonecrest Mall) for the second time to do Amazon returns. Each time those working the return counter have provided superb service! They’ve been exceptionally pleasant asking how my day has been, smiling and obviously enjoying interacting with customers and providing great service. I don’t know the secret sauce they’re using but it’s the absolute best especially being one who believes it is far easier to be happy and pleasant than rude and ugly. Kudos to these wonderful employees!!!
