The LEAST you all can do is clean off the printer touch screens every hour or so. There are dirty finger prints and other bodily fluids on them. Absolutely disgusting.

Sometimes an experience is not the store that makes it great but it's the employees. Jiya! Was so helpful and patient at the register. I even downloaded the Staples app (which is full of coupons) because of her suggestion. Wonderful spirited person.Thomas in the print shop helped me load a card so that I could use the fax machine. Grateful for customer service like these experiences within my community. ❤️

The rep (Thomas)in the printing department is very unpleasant, he doesn’t even acknowledge, speak or look at you when he interacts with you. I brought this the manager’s attention (Michael) he doesn’t seem shocked by this behavior. I understand we all have bad days, but as customers I shouldn’t be affected by whatever you have going on.

If you have to pay your employees more to have them show up and actually work then do that. Why am I the customer going behind counters and trying to figure out how to work the computer and make my own orders? While the employee says just figure it out I’m not doing nothing today? Only in certain neighborhoods I guess.

The customer service is very lacking, you walk in nobody speak or acknowledges you they are having personal conversations on their phones. Thomas in the printing department has the worst attitude every time you go there.
