SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! The process is always different depending on the teller and my company does the same transactions repeatedly. If not for my company doing business with them I would never use them and I DEFINITELY don't recommend them. When I arrived it was only 3 people in from of me. It ended up being 7 people behind me. 3 bankers walked past us and 1 of the 3 previously was just looking out the window. I'm going to ask my company if we could start using another bank because this is RIDICULOUS! I stood in line and was asked to step out of the line so they could help someone else..... Our courier has had the same issue. I was told that they were going to work on my cashier's check but the lady started helping the drive through customers that arrived after me. I will be submitting this to truist corporate as well.

Saturdays is the worse. I thought it was just 2 or maybe 3 Saturdays. But, every Saturday one Clerk and the manager in the back while you have a line in drive thru and the inside. This doesn't make any sense can somebody please fix this. I need to go to another bank, because this is unacceptable.

You go there and plan on spending about 2 hours or more. The employee has no urgency there, and the personal bankers take their time, spending more time talking and gossiping to each other and then valuing you as the ones that are solely responsible for their paychecks. I don’t see why they still open as slowly as they do things, and if you have a CD there, they take about 3 months or more to change the rates. I transferred all of my funds to another institution because I was fed up with their unethical business practices.

This is absurd. I'm not paying a $7.00 maintenance fee for the pleasure of keeping money in your bank. After a six year relationship. I'm so happy to close my account. I feel abused. Thanks and bye!

I accompany a patient monthly to go inside and withdraw funds. It is at least 15 minutes from transaction beginning and end usually 45 minutes if there’s more than 1 customer in line.I think the problem is the computer system and connection speeds need to be upgraded to market standards regardless of the volume of commerce. There will always be a certain element of their clientele that require walk-in service and this should not be substandard. The drive thru is usually even slower when young man is stationed. It would help if they had appropriate bank slips stocked in empty lobby area made for this purpose. They have to print it out and cut it down with scissors to process.I banked with both BB&T as well as Suntrust in Covington and Conyers years ago and they were remiss as well, but not this bad.I now have an account with United Bank and they are outstanding.

This location is now Truist and it's extremely awful! The manager Turiano White seems to never be there with the old bank tellers that have no respect, sense, or knowledge, they pick and choose who they want to help because they all are naturally miserable especially Yolanda or sholonda they talk crazy to the people in the drive through I witnessed that from standing inside the branch and they sit there and try to play mine games with you about your account like they don't see it or it's a problem. When I asked for names and manager they barely wanted to give it to me and gave me the hardest time. Even if you walk in happy and positive they are angry and miserable and make your visit unpleasant and I'm new to banking with them and I hate it already

Visiting this location was the culmination. I went to this location on a Saturday, and the customer service was TERRIBLE. There were four associates there, and neither one of the could open my new account, including the branch manager. My teller had an attitude, and she was clearly incompetent. They kept giving me problems. I was with SunTrust for 20 years, and I've never had any major problems. However, this new Truist is not my old SunTrust. I have never been treated so nasty at a SunTrust location. When I left, I immediately began the procedure to sign up with a new bank. The customer service over the phone is no better. They are rude, and they pay bills late. This merger was a big mistake, and I will no longer support it. If you're looking to start an account, please do not go here.
