When I come most times it’s a one man show and he’s funny and efficient even though they need to do better on their truck order they always running out or don’t have stuff which is annoying but bittersweet cause the one man show makes me forget a lil bit ??

Awful Customer Service & Rude!! Just leaving this location & after missing part of our order over the speaker, we were rushed from the window before we could even check/secure our food. Terrible Customer Service! If one car doing a quality check effects your entire drive-thru time, everybody needs to be retrained yesterday!!

It's was alright. Dude at the register gave me change even though I hadn't even giving him enough money to cover my order. Then through in a free drink, and got my order wrong. I think the crack head walking around the lobby asking for money was the cherry on the cake though.

Placed an online order, to pick up in 30 minutes. OF COURSE MY ORDER WASNT READY. But that's not even my main issue.Driving up to park, there's an employee enjoying a smoke break. He comes back in the restaurant and DOESNT STOP ANYWHERE NEAR A SINK. I was watching him. He went straight to handling food.I of course notified someone in store and they apologized and made him wash his hands. I also called corporate. They say thatvthey will run the cameras back, because its unacceptable. Eating Taco Bell is a risk any way...without having unsanitary workers!

I do have complaints but it is only corporate vise. The past 3 orders I have done came through the Taco Bell app. They take the money but the order doesn’t go to the store. Each time I have to end up going to the store. Today the staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was done correctly. I wish they would fix the app but I will let you know the staff had all interest in getting the order prepared and ready. Lets you know humans are better than technology. Keep up the good work but figure out your application. You put hinders on employees that shouldn’t have to.

I go to taco bell atleast once a week this location was one of my favorites. Not because of the food but the staff. She have life in them when they help you and very accommodating. The young lady actually smiled while she was helping me.

If I could give this a -10 rating I would. My friends and I were on the way to Atlanta to a concert. We needed to stop at Walmart and decided while we were there, we’d run in Taco Bell to grab something to eat really quick. We ordered our food and had just sat down to eat when a guy who was working there comes from behind the counter cussing and screaming. He went to the door and was arguing with someone outside. They continued to argue and get louder. The guy the employee was arguing with walked to his car and then turned around and came back to the door where the employee plus every other employee by this time was gathered. We looked up and the other guy had a gun aimed at the employee he had been arguing with. . We had to hide under the tables and I called 911. There were 2 older ladies in the restaurant also who had to get on the ground and hide. They were scared to death as we were also. Finally the worker came back in so we left out of another door and ran to the car. We didn’t get to eat our food and didn’t think about grabbing it, we were so worked up. As we were driving out the guy pulled back up to the door waiting on the employee. I will never go back there. It basically did it for me with Atlanta.

Excellent customer service and the team went out of their way to accommodate a food allergy. The cashier Christopher was very kind and helpful! Great job!!!Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy, but the vegan cheese substitute allowed us to dine here.

how can you close 5 hours before closing time ??? i thought the idea of was open late? it was not even 7pm .. it’s literally always a hit or miss with this place ..
