The hours posted on the door for Monday through Friday states 11am to 8pm. It’s currently 12:03pm, there’s an associate in there and she won’t even come to the door to acknowledge us. This is ridiculous, a simple “I apologize, please give me a minute” would suffice. This is not good customer service at all, and I’m very disappointed in this representation of Children’s Place.

worst experience I went to pick up a order I asked for a bag and was told she will give me a bag this time but not next time excuse me I just order hundreds of dollars worth of stuff and wanted a bag with all these businesses closing down childrens place needs to get it together quick before there next please close the one in the mall down HORRIBLE!!!

The joy of being able to go into the childrens place and find clothes For myself and my girls makes me so happy. Mommy and me fits in the children place ! Can’t beat it . Love the 2 young ladies at this location

Do not shop here. This company cares nothing about customer service. I attempted to exchange a pair of pants that are to small for my little one for something that actually fits. The pants still have the tags on them, I have my original receipt and I can provide the card the purchase was made on. Again, I did NOT want money back, just to do an exchange. I was told I could only exchange for the exact item... fine, but that item was not available in the same color. Accommodation would not be made for me to get the pants in a different color. Mind you I spent over $120 in the store that day and would of had no problem paying a price difference if there was one. I am now stuck with these pants I can do nothing with. I will not be shopping at these establishments again. I have worked 15 years in retail management and know for a fact that there is always a way to override a POS system to satisfy a good customer.

I shopped yesterday for my granddaughter. After having shopped in seven other stores, we were tired of looking, and she was tired of trying on clothes. I had not found pants/jeans for hear anywhere else. The Children's Place not only had the perfect jeans in style and size, they were all on sale. I didn't need to go anywhere else after that.

This location really gets a big fat goose egg. 0 stars! They never notified me that my order was ready for pick up. The only notice I got was telling me that my order had been canceled and returned. And they don’t answer the phone so that let’s you know that they screw up a lot and are trying to avoid dealing with customers who are trying to find their merchandise. Terrible customer service!

Called to check on my order..a sales associate hung up on me 3 times. I called back the 4th time and a young lady answered the phone with a better attitude. However, she lied and covered up for her teammate (very feminine male or strong voice female) with the bad attitude. Hell it's 10am..why you have a bad attitude this early? If you're not happy, find another job!

PLEASE BEWARE OF SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY!! I made an online purchase of uniforms for my granddaughter that were supposed to be ready for pick up instore the same day. I planned to head to Stonecrest Mall after leaving work to pickup my purchase but when I checked for an email letting me know it was ready, their was none to be found. I called that evening and was told It wasn't ready. I called the next day and again was told it wasn't ready. On my THIRD ATTEMPT to get a pick up confirmation time I was told that my order was CANCELLED!! No explanation as to why, just cancelled out of the blue!! Ok whatever no harm no foul, I'll move on to another company that honors its purchases without all this hassle.....EXCEPT THEY'D TAKEN THE MONEY FOR THE UNIFORMS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT....So in short no uniforms and no money to go elsewhere! I called the store and was given a robotic and insincere apology and told to call their national customer service line because they don't give refunds in their stores. After a week of sitting on hold AT LEAST 30 - 45 minutes each time I called customer service and NEVER speaking to a person, my next call will be to the Better Business Bureau. Let my cautionary tale be enough to convince you to STAY AWAY!! This was a hard and VERY EXPENSIVE lesson learned!! THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!

Every time I go to this location everyone has an attitude and they’re always low on inventory. I went Saturday morning, I was there before the doors opened, and the store was trashed. I wish I could upload these pics, unbelievable. Went a few down to Rainbow and stocked up on my daughter’s school uniforms...whomever manages this store needs to be held accountable...

I can't find a place anywhere else to leave a review for one of your phenomenal employees, named Jatier. She works at the Stonecrest location, and in 5/31/2019 gave us the most awesome customer service. Kudos to her. She was so polite and made sure to help in any way she could with our purchases. Thanks for great customer service in a time when it is all but unheard of!!
