The Mall at Stonecrest offers a mix of shopping experiences, with a variety of stores catering to different tastes and budgets, from high-end brands to local boutiques. While some visitors note that the mall has seen better days with many stores closed and the movie theater no longer operating, it remains a place where people can shop and enjoy a meal. The food court features diverse dining options that are both tasty and affordable, and the atmosphere is generally clean and well-maintained. Customer service at the mall receives high praise, with staff described as friendly and helpful. Although some areas feel somewhat deserted, families appreciate the amenities, including kiddy shopping race cars for children. Despite concerns about safety and management, many still find value in visiting The Mall at Stonecrest for shopping and relaxation.
Big Mall decent stores, but every and I mean EVERY Jewelry place tried to sale us the same thing. every two feet it felt like was a jewelry stand. The Beauty store is huge and had everything you can think of. Food Court was good too decent size.

Really need to get the air conditioning fixed. My grandma can barely stand to walk around and shop here in the mall and she's a tiny person. Please do better. 🙏
