Great service and very professional driver! My son’s vehicle broke down and needed a tow to our mechanic’s shop that was 45 miles away. The driver, Robert, was quick, friendly, and professional. Thanks to him, the entire experience was less stressful. We highly recommend Tows-R-Us from Lithonia!

I met these people while they were towing another vehicle. I asked for their card when I called them they did remember me and they did an awesome job. The guys name was Robert. He was such a gentleman. He went above and beyond pumped up the tires on my car treated her like the classic that she is and my gratitude goes out to him. This guy is a keeper if you need your car truck towed go with them fair prices great service 5 stars

I drive a lot ! I lost my key ? and needed a tow to the Honda Stone-crest dealership . I ? called 7 companies before 1 picked up . Thank the Lord ! ?️ I found Tows R Us !! They were kind , excellent customer service, got to me as fast as they could in Atlanta rush hour traffic & got my car to the dealership 15 min b4 closing & I was able to get a new car ? key ? made! Now I can get to work in the morning!!! Thank you ?? Sean & Shawn for saving my horrible day &

Excellent service! I thought I was in for a 3+ hour ordeal, but the next thing I know the tow truck arrived. The driver was a gentleman and a scholar. I was stuck on I-285 at night, but Tows-R-Us came to the rescue. Very fair price for the distance I was towed.

I must say I was skeptical at first after review BUT it turned out to be a great experience. Not only did I get my car towed and quick turn around. Also down the line ended up purchasing a car after mines was totaled. So I will pass them on to anyone I know.

WARNING: If you need a RECEIPT to submit to the insurance company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid for the tow and NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT AFTER MULTIPLE REQUESTS. I also called and spoke to the referral company, STATEWIDE TOWING, regarding this company’s bad business practices. Usually, when a business doesn’t provide PROOF OF PURCHASES, more than likely a business owner has fraudulent tendencies. I will never use this company again nor do I recommend their services!

The owner will show up even if he's late, but if I could give this business 0 stars I would. If you're in need of a receipt for your services, just keep scrolling to the next towing service you find in your search please. This man is as unprofessional as they come when it comes to issuing receipts. We needed a receipt to be reimbursed by a certain company. The man kept promising day after day to send it, kept asking for information/details about the vehicle that's needed for the receipt after giving it to him before visa text. He went so far as to block our numbers so we'd stop calling him. I mean HOW HARD IS IT TO WRITE A RECEIPT? And he can read and write because he was responding via text so clearly that wasn't the issue. Even the garage where we dropped the vehicle off told us good luck because all customers who used his services have the same problem. Not professional at all. So, if you don't need a receipt to be reimbursed, and you're ok with him being late then I guess you'd be fine. Otherwise RUN !!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
