I have used this location on three occasions recently and I am getting ready to use it for the fourth time in 3 months. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I clearly like their friendly neighborhood style. My vote will only count as one but it should count as three because of the multiple experiences. They are respectful and friendly.

This is the worse storage/uhaul place I have ever seen. The guy John has to be the most rudest, irate person I have ever seen. I would never refer anybody to this storage. They cheat you out of the return rental in their uhaul and were very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional staff. I called with a question about my reservation and got the run around because the person didn't know what they were talking about. Then was told that I "don't have to get nasty" with them when they couldn't just give me a simple answer. I'll never use this location again.
