My experience renting from Platinum Auto Accessories was absolutely terrible. I had a reservation to pick up the truck, and when I arrived on time, it wasn’t there because he had rented it to someone else! Thankfully, that person returned with the truck before I left, but the whole situation was ridiculous. The guy was completely unprofessional—he didn’t even know how to use the computer and tried to process my contract on his mobile phone! I never even saw the contract or received a copy. To make matters worse, I was charged for every extra he could possibly tack on. I had to get corporate involved just to fix the mess. Honestly, I would strongly advise going with U-Haul if you need a rental!
