Trying to pick up my truck which was reserved for 9am, it's now 10:13am and I'm still waiting along with another customer. Place is raggedy and almost looks abandoned. They definitely work on CP time smdh

Self check out/in is horrible. This system needs a overhaul. Terrible, human help can not be replaced.
